My family likes to get ice cream from here every now and then. They used to be great, you paid for something extra and you got it, in the past month or 2 something changed, our orders have been lacking the ingredients we requested. Today I ordered a butterfinger blast with extra butterfinger, m&ms, peanut butter and hot fudge. I got m&ms and very little butterfinger. Blue bell has more toppings than this. Not to mention for months my wife has requested hot fudge and never got it.
I went in tonight and ordered a fish meal, after about 5 minutes a young man came out and said they didn't have any fish would I like anything else. I said I wanted a refund sine I paid with a debit card. I sat for another 15 minutes without one word from anyone else about it. I finally hit the button and asked where my refund was, and a gentleman said it would show up on my card in 2 to 3 days. I asked for a manager and he came out and tried to blame shipping shortages and just about any other excuse he could come up with. Of course I was angry. Take responsibility for your employees not knowing what they don't have and for ignoring a customer. I was in management for over 15 years and the ultimate responsibility for making sure you have inventory and information to employees is the managers. Ignoring a customer with a issue is completely unacceptable.
They are always quick, my orders are just right, and great service.
They put some strange sauce on my burger. It was like thousand island and sweet. I asked for a number 1 with mustard.
Went to this location because our venus TX location is dropping the ball. Midlothian location was and has awsome and fast service.
Took too long to bring out the food I only had French toast sticks that’s it
Stopped to grab bag of ice and they brought it out in timely manner
Food is always good. But im not sure what they were thinking with the sonic blast today.... wasnt full and has a hole in the inside..? Didn't look eaten just not filled up and not mixed at all. Managers need to watch the employees and train them I guess. Don't mean to sound like a Karen but if they demand we tip then they need to do the job right. Js.
Out ofvitem that Sonic has been advertising on tv.Rrst of the food wasn't bad.
Great food, fast service. There's very little employee turn around at this location. So, you get to see the same friendly faces quite a bit.
