The last time I went, they got our order completely wrong. Even after repeating the order back to us 3 separate times. And we waited like 20+ minutes for an incomplete and wrong order.We asked for no mayo, there was a disgusting amount of mayo. We ordered a soup and didn't receive it at all.The Schlotskys in Midlothian is the worst one I've ever been to.
Visited on a day when they were severely short-staffed. It was just the poor manager and a new person that he was training. But the manager was very apologetic and pleasant and offered us all free drinks while we waited. I was very impressed that he never lost his cool and maintained his friendliness. He deserves a raise! And if you need a job, come work for him. You won't regret it.
i absolutely love the food so don’t get me wrong the employees are amazing ! that being said , as we are ordering the manager working rudely interrupted the lady taking our order to scream into the microphone to ask us to hold on as she continues to scream at the other employee. when we get to the window the employee hands us our drinks and the manager comes to shut the window and scream in the employees face. we sat there for 7-10 minutes waiting on our food as the manager kept throwing her hands in the employees face and screaming. i’m not at all complaining about the wait but it absolutely breaks my heart to see people be treated that why in any environment especially not their work environment. fast food/restaurants are a lot of teens first jobs and it’s absolutely disgusting to see a grown woman throwing her hands in their face. unfortunately i didn’t get the managers name but the woman had a shaved platinum hair and was working at 2:00 pm on 04/14/22
I don't know how many times my order not only takes forever, but has been wrong. I like the food when I get it.

I love Schlotsky's. I always get the same thing because I like it so much. This time, however, I got no to.atoes on my sandwich and I was blessed with wads of paper ...In.... the sandwich. Like the paper between the meets. It's quite difficult to chew.... This is the very first time I have ever had an issue... disappointed.. yes. It.might be a while before I return if I can't depend on edible food items.
The manager there did not wanted to give me her name, she said this is the manager what do you need? I ask for employment verification and she said I can’t give you that info, you will need to call corporate for that. I ask what is the number? She said google it. What type of customer service is that ? They should hire someone that loves what they do and the title they have.
