I placed an online order tonight for the Midlothian location and when I arrived at the restaurant I was informed that due to not having a cook my order was not able to be filled. Now I understand that things happen but what I'm upset about is why I wasn't called and notified before driving all the way over to the restaurant?! To make matters worse, I was informed that I couldn't receive a refund for my order until tomorrow when the manager returned. So now I'm out of my money and my dinner for tonight! This is unacceptable.
i went there one time and they didn’t even BOTHER to order for me. TERRIBLE service and they were very rude. i tried to order and they interrupted me. they also said that they didn’t have any more of what i wanted to order but thats just because they didn’t wanna make anymore of it. i really recommend not going there its terrible.got cfa instead lol.
Loved all of the food! My first experience was great and the service was great!
If you want to eat at the worst run Panda then this would be it. The food is not the problem it is the service. I have waited 30+ minutes more times then I can count when it is supposed to be a 5 minute wait. I understand that they get behind and food takes a while to cook but don’t say 5 minutes if it is no where close to that time. I could have chosen different food or a different restaurant for a 30 minute wait.
The food is fresh and they don’t skimp out. But what was supposed to be a 10-15 minute wait turned into almost 40.
Nice staff fast but always out of half the menu items and they never remember to add a straw.
Chicken batter is soggy, angus steak is squishy, noodles are bland, rice is over cooked and mush. Out of soap in bathroom, out of napkins at counter. Out of soy sauce at counter. Only three employees in view and its lunch hour on a weekend.
Always have to wait. And the times are never right. “That’ll be 5-8 min”.... 20 min later you have to go inside because they forgot about you as your foods on the counter cold... why do they never have food ready. Always always waiting....
Love Panda Hubby & I get take out here almost every Sat after grocery shopping. Always fresh. Staff is always nice and polite.
The staff don't wear gloves as they handle food. The manager is a j*** and is very rudeThe don't offer military discounts (which they should) other stores offer military discounts. Several staff members touch there face and yet they handle food anyway.
