play land closed, registers inside closed. you can only order on kiosks inside, and some of the items like a 6 piece kids meal isn't even an option at the kiosk. this place is a joke. they might as well just close.
As far as McDonald's goes, this one is pretty quick and always has my order correct. It is busy but the line moves faster than many others in town.
As good as any other good McDonald's. I have been to some really really bad McDonald's like the one in Red Oak and the one in DeSoto. I would easily give those one star, actually zero stars if I could. But the McDonald's in Midlothian is pleasant and clean with pleasant employees. Reasonably fast service. Nothing spectacular or outstanding so I do recommend this McDonald's and give it a solid 3 stars.
It is VERY rare to have any issues with this location when I go. The drive through is very fast and makes it easy to order but today was just not the best. I ordered a #1 Big Mac meal large and the sandwich was just not made properly and was a disappointment to spend over $6 for what I didn’t order.?
Great service. Everyone here smiles. Food is served pretty quickly even on Saturday nights.

I like this McDonalds. Fast service and great customer service. Workers here are happy lol. Always great attitudes.
We I say I’ve literally had the absolute worst service here is a understatement. The place is nice and clean but the service is horrible! Elderly couples walked about because you are only allowed to order at the kiosk and they where so confused and no employee offered to help after couple asked. One employee said she didn’t know how to work it and manager said she couldn’t help I offered to help and they where so upset they just walked out. Multiple people came in with wrong orders or missing orders. I ordered at kiosk and opted to pay at the counter because I had rewards I waited over 15 mins to get attended while the two employees both laughed and mocked the elderly couple. No one had gloves on nor did they wash there hands I’m absolutely disappointed just because you work at McDonalds does that mean that you have to be a statistic to what people think of McDonalds employees. Treat others with respect and dignity should be the top pillars for these employees.
Still one of the slowest 'fast' foods in the chain.
I only eat McDonald's when I know I can't make it to Wendy's, and I have to hurry up ?, not really a big fan of McDonald's, they don't like giving you ketchup or napkins nothing, so make sure you ask before you leave‼️ ?
