I called this evening to order from Marco's and had the displeasure in speaking with Patrick. Let me first state I was/am in love with their pizza, we have ordered several times, including delivery. Patrick was beyond rude, state we were out of delivery range, we aren't. while confirming with my family what we decided Patrick chimes in to ask why I am asking him. I decided not to order, hung up called back and got Patrick again. I asked for a manager and he stated he was the manager. I let him know my displeasure in his service and that I was shocked by his delivery. I have had great service from this establishment and maybe Patrick was having a bad day....but so have I, no excuse!
We’ve been ordering from Marcos for several years now and it has been our favorite by far. However, I recently had surgery and some friends ordered us some pizza from there tonight. When my husband found a hair in one of them and called about it, he was accused of lying and the lady he was speaking to hung up on him. She asked for a picture of the hair and said there wasn’t anyone working there that matched the description of the hair. I’m appalled at this!!!! I watched him pull the hair of of his piece. We were both so sick to our stomachs we immediately threw away the rest of the pizza (3/4 worth). Why on earth would we need to lie about a pizza that we didn’t even pay for to begin with!?!
They got our order wrong twice in a row now. When we tried to tell them the order was wrong (we double checked before calling), they argued with us and denied. So we settled for what they delivered and you are better off going to MODs or getting frozen pizza.
Always have liked the pizza and still like the pizza. The last 4 times the service has been horrid. Pizzas are placed on shelves at the door. There are no signs no one to greet you or ask if they can help you. You stand at the register watching people walk back and fourth. Manager going back and fourth and not a word. Once or twice, it happens. Now it’s been 4 times. It’s their procedure. When my wife left there were 5 people behind her and one left. She was the first line and waited 17 minutes. Almost the 23 minutes it took make it. AND IT WAS UNDER THE HEAT LAMP THE WHOLE TIME. Done.
We love Marco's Pizza, thin crust! So good, never disappointed. Order online and it's ready when you pickup.
We order multiple pies on a regular basis. The service has always been excellent, and their pizza is really good.
