I usually love this place and really haven’t had any issues with them cept every single time… EVERY single time I order extra biscuits or add biscuits to my order.. I get charged for them but I never receive them.. it’s getting annoying and disappointing. Staff are always friendly but damn I don’t have the money to be wasting..
Only drive thru service and closing at 7pm my truck doesn't fit in drive thu and it was to late to online order. Another customer informed me when I walked inside never even spoke to staff never going back

If I want to place order, but don't Which for the sides don't tell me that you are still going to charge me for the items. How crazy is that? This why I don't like fast food restaurants.
Terrible. I stayed because they didn't have chicken wings ready. When they did get the chickens wings ready I tried to eat them after I got home but they were fried so hard and full of flour you couldn't even get to the meat. I ended up throwing them away.
Half the time the foods cold people in the drive threw window are rude but I still keep going for lunch half the time

The food is always fresh and hot. The employees there are so friendly and makes you feel welcome. I love this KFC in Midlothian.
spent $28 on a bucket of chicken and some sides--it was terrible--tasted old--was cold and greasy-taste like it was left over from yesterday--even the sides tasted old----won't be going back
I finally went back and was satisfied and impressed by their speed.
