We were really hungry and wanting pizza, so we stopped in and we were literally the only customers the entire time we were there. I guess that should have been clue number one... The restaurant itself is out-dated and not very well kept (clue #2). Old trophies awkwardly placed and an old prize wheel that had a "DO NOT TOUCH" sign on it. The menu items on the wall had hand-written price labels and instead of someone being available to take your order or answer questions about the menu, you are asked to ring a bell when you're ready to order. For the food... The jalapeño poppers tasted like they were store bought (nothing you can't get from the local grocery). The pizza lacked flavor; needed more sauce and the cheese just wasn't right. It looked like a cheap frozen pizza that you could make in your own oven. If you're looking for a recommendation, I recommend you go to a different pizzeria.
First time ordering food from here so of course we had to get a variety to try different things out. Stromboli , calzone, 2 subs and an appetizer. Let me just say everything we got was absolutely delicious! We loved it all. Great prices, fast delivery, and the driver was awesome also. Is my new favorite place to eat out. So many options still to try !
Horrible service, will not be back…. The server disappeared all the time, from the time we seat to food was horrible. She was young.
Shelly our waitress was wonderful. The food was fantastic ?and chicken Richies specialpasta fagoli, veal scallopini, penne with meat sauce
THE PEPPERONI PIZZA REMINDS ME OF NYC! Recently relocated to Texas from NY and this pizza is the real deal. I ordered a pepperoni pie, a meatball hero, and eggplant dish. The pizza was the best part and that alone deserves 5 stars for taste. The eggplant was okay. Unfortunately, they forgot the meatball hero but Jimmy made up for it by whipping up some quickie zeppoles—very sweet gesture. Thanks guys for satisfying my homesick NY tastebuds!
Overrated. Waiter brought us out burned rolls they were literally black. Not sure why anyone would serve burned rolls but whatever. We ordered medium supreme pizza and bbq wings appetizers. Wings were average no complaints really. Now to the pizza. Pizza crust is really thin and Flop city. Can’t tell you how the sauce tastes because there was next to non on it which is annoying AF… You can see photos from othe reviewers that there isZero sauce..The pizza crust and rolls are Average at best not tasty at all.. Out of 10 stars this is about a 5.6 pizza that’s coming from a Foodie. Whoever said this is the best pizza spot in town #1 doesn’t know what good pizza is… Not sure what the best pizza in Midlo is but this ain’t it by a long shot..You’ll be glad I posted this if you like Tasty food.
We order from them at least 1 a month! We been ordering from them the past 7 months and food is delicious! Pizza remind me of my home city Chicago type . Wings were delicious today! We used Doordash and food was delivered quickly , and hot like out the grease and oven and we are 15 mins away! I highly recommend them! Plus they give discounts to veterans! Thank you Jimmy's! They are the go to for pizza and much more if you want it close to Chicago/new York style !
Love this place and Jimmy is awesome. He is almost always on site ensuring our order is correct and we are happy. We have been dining here since moving to Midlothian 5 years ago. Affordable, delicious food. We always have leftovers.
The food is good but this place has absolutely terrible service. Third time in a row where I order pick up or delivery and they don’t have everything I ordered. I never post reviews. I am done with this place which is sad because their food is actually good.
We recently moved to the area. Absolutely love their NY style pizza. Best I’ve had in a long time.
