It was hott and fresh and the service was great.
We did have to wait a few minutes before someone started taking our order but other then that the overall experience was pretty decent they got the whole order correct so that's a big plus
They are slow as molasses and they forget to give taco sauce, but they put a good amount of meat in them tacos and the gal behind the register was a cutie!
We only ordered two things and only got one of them right. We ordered loaded mini tacos and a loaded breakfast sandwich. We didn't check the bag, so yes we are partially at fault, but received loaded mini tacos and then regular mini tacos. The receipt showed our order correctly but by the time we noticed we were already at the house.
This location is pretty poor. I ordered a double burger with bacon and received a single with no bacon. Also no receipt so I couldn't bring it back in for a refund and the lobby is closed so you'll have to wait another 20 minutes to get throughthe drive thru. This is typical of my experience here as it has happened more than once. Definitely stay away.
I ordered tacos with no cheese and they still put cheese in them? I returned the tacos and they replaced them with the correct order. I went and placed the exact same order the following week and they just took the cheese out of the tacos because I opened them and i saw cheese residue all in the tacos. I hope they stop it and make the order as requested. Its unfair to paying customers.
Less than speedy service. Food was not what I expect from Jack in the box.
Never have a fictional fountain drink available, order is always messed up, would not recommend unless you want disappointment. Would have given zero stars if possible

The food was great but the staff was sub par.If you want good food and don't mind dealing with some ridiculousness, you'll be good.
