If I could give 0 I would. The fries tasted weird the sandwich was poorly put together and there was a bug in my coleslaw. Would not recommend eating at this location. Will be putting a tip in to the local health department. When alerted about the bug the worker said nothing just attempted to give me New coleslaw. Why would I want something with bugs in it? I asked for fries instead they tasted as if they were fried in weeks old grease. A waste of time and money.

first off, they y even hear what i was saying and they though i wanted a salad which i wanted the new big and golden chicken sandwich. and then they put pickles and the zing sauce which i specifically said not to and them i tried to get a new bun so they took the chicken sandwich and put it back under the heater for another person in line to eat. ?

Black girl on drive thru at 5:30 pm today was rude. She didn’t fill our drinks up, she forgot items that I ordered and she didn’t give any eating utensils or napkins with food

Bad experience! Wrong dipping sauces, the gravy was pure liquid. Just water. No forks, no napkins, almost no ice in the warm tea. They don’t answer the phone when you call. Won’t stay in business long with this service

I guess the female manager gets upset because I want fresh food. The service today was terrible. I saw a least five people who had to bring their food back because of the wrong order. I waited for my food but didn't eat my food because of her attitude. I would like to tell her not to worry I will never step into that place again. Customers' service doesn't exist in that Restaurant. She planning to give me old chicken that has past the time. They didn't have thighs or breasts and no one apologized for that inconvenience. I had to give it one star because you can't give any star. The place has turned back to the Chicken Express from the old location. Hint Hint! Quality Food and Quality Service bring about Higher Bottom Line and fewer complaints. I understand the depletion of the workforce but that shouldn't interfere with quality attitude toward customers. This was chicken express in Midlothian Tx. not Golden Chicken.

On 04/03/2022 I ordered two meals online around 1pm from Golden Chik. When the order was delivered it was missing the chicken. I called the location and thr person who answered, Alayna advised me that I could "come get it," but she refused a refund or redelivery. Mind you, I am eight months pregnant and the reason I ordered delivery is because my entire body is swollen. Needless to say I went to the location anyway and brought the untouched partial delivery with me as evidence. The manager was not even onsight. Over the phone Alayna had stated when we talked that the mgr would be there in ten minutes. Mind you I live 15 min away and it took me time to get dressed. When I arrived Alayna stated that the mgr was out shopping and was on her way. I waited in the store for almost an hour. Diana Soto the manager strolled in as if she had already been debriefed, I explained the situation and she stated that there's nothing she can do, the store doesnt get money from online orders. She gave me a smirk told me to have a good day and offered the corporate number. I left the partially fulfilled order on the table with the manager since she was not attempting to rectify anything. Her unprofessionalism was rediculous and judging by the locations feedback online it is their standard way of operating.

It was an experience I would rather not experience again from this restaurant or any other restaurant for that matter. Chicken didn't seem to be fresh. One of the main things that loose my business is bad customer service. So will I be returning to this location? It's a NO for me.

Good food friendly people, but WHEN will that ice cream machine be fixed! Come on now. Must be the same person in there forgetting the friggin gravy! Forgot out gravy on multiple occasions

Ordered the 15 piece family meal. Got 8 wings 4 drumsticks 1 thigh 1 back piece of something & 1 breast. I won't be going back.
