Second time in a month I've ordered online and waited over 2 hours for my pizza!! Please Domino's figure out a way to let customers know you are not delivering at an appropriate time a pick up is preferred!!I may need to start ordering my pizzas from Mr. Jim's because they don't seem to have this issue!

We called in to order pizza for DELIVERY like we do every Friday. Are told it would be 20 min. Over an hour later no pizza. Automated system says the order has been completed. No pizza here. Employee tells us that the call center put the order through as pickup and we would have our pizza in 15 min. Hang up and phone rings. Now they have to cancel our order because there is a coupon on the order they delivery doesn’t qualify for and they want to add a delivery fee. After being told it wasn’t their fault the call center messed up several times I told her to put the manager on. Employee stated I could either cancel the order or they can remove the coupon and add delivery fee and then get my pizza.Horrible customer service, disappointed in this manager they wouldn’t even get on the phone.

The last two times I have ordered on line the site states it will take a certain Amy of time, but in both cases it was over two hours. This time it said 46-61 minutes, but after two hours we did not hear from anyone. We finally called and we're told they are short staffed and orders are taking over 2 hours. It would be nice if the website reflected this.

I won't ever buy pizza from Dominos again and if you are against mask mandates, then buyer beware. They are exercising their right to mandate them, so I am exercising my right to take my business elsewhere. There's nothing to be afraid of with all the early and preventative treatments out there. Billions of people have been safely and effectively treated with numerous medications and successful protocols, even with all the suppression of medical data. Besides, they make me put a mask on and then accepted my germ riddled cash for the product. That is beyond my logical comprehension. If we hadn't been in a rush to get the family fed, I would have left the pizza sitting on their shelf. I won't make that mistake again.

The door says no mask no service. No mandates in Texas or did they forget. I see law suits coming!! We support freedom. Share this with everyone you know. Do not support this store!

Same issues as below. Does t seem like anything has been addressed. Also, I’m not wearing a dang mask to pick up a pizza. We won’t order from here again.

Don’t bother going inside if you don’t care to wear a mask. They’ll make you wait in your car. They will offer to bring it out, don’t ask for your name, and don’t bring it out. After 10 mins if you go back in to get your pizza that’s sitting right there on the shelf they wont give it to you unless you go back to sit in your car. Not repeating that process, not ordering again either. I’m not wearing a mask for 10 seconds so you can hand me a pizza. Ridiculous.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not go here. I ordered 3 pizzas and got them home and they were not fully cooked they were doughy still. My wife went to return the pizzas and was met with terribly mannered customer service by that little nerd that works in there. Upon asking for a $33 refund my wife was given all ones and he threw it at her, all the change went everywhere.

Everything was great - except...I ordered a customized pizza with beef and a lot of different vegetables. The crust was perfect (thin and crispy), the pizza was well cut (I am really put off when the crust is not cut all the way through), the sauce was spot on and the vegetables were ALMOST perfect. The only issue was the jalapenos or rather the lack thereof. I realize that in these pandemic times I was fortunate to get a pizza. I'm sure they are short staffed and the staff is overwhelmed, under paid and sadly, often under appreciated. Forgetting the jalapenos is a very minor thing. The pizza was delicious. I appreciate the effort and will continue to patronize the Midlothian Domino's Pizza.

Everything was just like we ordered it. Glad I didn't depend on the time provided when I placed the order online. Per the website it was not supposed to be ready for 50 minutes. I was there in less than 25 minutes and it was boxed up and ready to go. Not complaining just want everyone to be aware that the times from the website vary in actual time of order readiness.
