Worst pecan cluster blizzard ever, went through drive. Handed out to me took one bite no pecans and tasted horrible Went it talked with some rocket scientist said he would re do. That one sucked as well I come there often and the 6.05 blizzard is almost as high as gallon of ice cream Won’t be back

The employees were very nice and inviting... Very professional. The store was clean. They were fast to get our meals.. The food was good. Good experience all around.

Received a very disappointing blizzard. Bought a small and paid for an extra serving of candy in it, and it was light on both candies. The small cup is practically tiny and only about 4 in tall and there was only candy in the top two inches. The cup is so small how are you going to miss mixing and candy in half of it.

I stopped in for some ice cream sandwiches. DQ ice cream sandwiches are my favorite. I’ve also been buying DQ ice cream sandwiches for a long time. I also know that you can’t stack six ice cream sandwiches, if they are made correctly, one on top of the other in the DQ box that holds six. You have to place three, standing up like a tire, side by side, and then three more, the same way, to get six in the box. Otherwise, if you stack them one on top of the other, you have to make the ice cream thinner, to get them to fit. I was given eight ice cream sandwiches, stacked one on top of the other, in the box that holds six. Please teach your employees how to make an ice cream sandwich, the way that DQ has made them for years. If a box says it holds six, common sense would say that something is wrong if it holds eight. When I mentioned that a box of six doesn’t hold eight, I was told, with a smile, that there was actually eight in there. The employees were nice, and, I think, we’re trying to do a good job. So, being that I was in a hurry, I just took them. Plus, if they haven’t been taught how to make, size wise, a DQ ice cream sandwich, then they think eight will fit in a box that holds six. So, I’m not mad, I would just like you to, please, teach (train) the employees how to make a normal sized ice cream sandwich. I generally order several and put them in the freezer at home. I generally order more than six so they won’t try to put them in the box and make them fit by making the ice cream thinner. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks ?

The food and blizzard were good. The only know I on this location was the wait for not having enough employees. But the employees there at the time were awesome with their customer service.

Bought a number 2 combo. Burger sucks. Has one tomato no cheese and no mustard or mayo. Totally dry. Will not go back. Also ordered a regular nachos with jalapenos. Chips stale and no jalapenos as advertised on menu board. Will not go back. Totally a failure

Thanks for getting my son and I food poisoning. This place needs to shutdown immediate until they perform a deep cleaning inside of this nasty Restaurant and train employees on health & Safety codes. No one is hand washing, (sink doesn't work) , cross contamination and improper food storage.. You are better off waiting and eating at home.

Yuck. This restaurant is in dire need of a deep cleaning. No knobs on the sink in the ladies restroom - so, no access to water to wash hands! Heath code violation? I saw two blonde headed children in the kitchen. It seems an employee brought his/her children to work and allowed them to hang out in the kitchen. Hmmmm, is that a health code violation? Ketchup dispenser was empty and crusty-clearly had not been cleaned in a while. Salt and pepper shakers are so sticky with grime it’s disgusting. This place is gross.

They were out of the cheesy steak fingers that was dissapointing. But the regular fingers were made perfect. Not overcooked, the gravy was thick & delicious. 2 things tho....I ordered tacos & the shells were stale, not a good experience, also no matter what, the customer is never to be argued with. I witnessed the order cook arguing w/a customer. The customer claimed her burger was cold, the cook did not apologize & offer to remake, instead proceeded to argue with the customer. Loudly where the entire lobby could hear. Not very professional. Obviously do not know the employees name, but she was a mature looking person maybe early 50's, & this is Saturday Oct 23rd.

I was picking up a delivery order and witnessed one of the people touch his face, wipe his hand on his shirt then reach in bare hand and handle the food he was packaging. The manager didn't seem to care nor did he really seem to know what was all going on in his store.
