Dear Mismanagement.... You business model is broken. Your product is great but your delivery of it is terrible. Open the front door and let the public order face to face with a employee. It's hot outside, gasoline costs are high and drive thru's pollute the air. 40 minutes in your line and the order was not taken correctly due to system failures. Sorry I won't be back anytime soon.
Waited in line for 1 hour only to be given wrong food for order so had to get in line and wait again to get correct food cause the dining room was closed. Employees were on phone or standing around talking instead of serving customers. Food therefore was cold when we received it. Will not go back—district manager needs to take a look at this store and do some damage control.
Not a good experience. I pulled up to the speaker to get a to go order. I hear a voice say, can I help you but very loud rap music in the back ground. I had 3 orders so I started with my first one. The voice then said, I can't hear you. I again yelled the order back to the loud rap music that was coming through the speaker. I then got out of my vehicle and spoke right into the speaker and told him, if you would turn down your music, maybe you could hear me. I heard him say, hey, y'all turn down that music. I then was able to order while standing outside speaking into the speaker. $41 order, good tasting food but forgot my pepper. Service needs a lot of work.
Chicken always good but prices went up and only drive thru open. Line of cars, but good food makes you wait.
The catfish was excellent we where told we would get hush puppies but we did not get them. disappointing ?
Staff is really helpful, but it's hard to give a higher rating as it's fast food.
Usually a decent location... But not tonight!!! They couldn't understand me in the drive thru so I went in. They no longer offered the 2 can dine promo which is what I was there for. So I decided on two combo #2 and paid $35. I then proceeded to wait a LONG time and my meal boxes were half made just sitting on the line. The manager realized I had been there a long time and ask what I ordered so I showed her my receipt and told her about the boxes that had been sitting there for awhile. Another employee finished making them and brought them to me. I didn't have time to check them as My kids were in the car. Upon arriving home I realized My meals were cold, fries were soggy, and items were missing. I am BEYOND frustrated and disappointed. Hopefully it was a fluke and not a sign of how this location will be.
I ordered 3 pieces of fish fries and FROZEN COLD SLAW..THE FISH WAS HARD AND COLD FRIED BECAUSE ? OF THE FROZEN Coleslaw..
Out of all the chicken expresses I’ve been to the people here are beyond the sweetest. Always so polite. I know the employee crisis has been insane lately so them being so accommodating to the best of their ability is great. Keep it up!! I know it’s hard but yalls kindness really makes some peoples days!!
Morgan and Christy are great ppl. I came by with a big truck that can't fit in drive thru... Morgan and Christy helped me out to the fullest.. thanks ladies!!!
