Service is declining! Orders wrong, one lane drive thru unless you order on the app. Spoke to a manager that didn’t seem interested! Taking my business back to Waxahachie!!!!
As a former Chick-Fil-A employee, im thoroughly disappointed w the service. I had 4 orders & all of them were wrong.
Food is always good but on 3 occasions part of my order is either wrong or has been missing. Management has made things right though.
Clever way to cut costs I guess? “Large” fries ??
Very nice staff. And love the setup. Drive-Thru Express is awesome too. All good tasted exquisite!
It’d be nice if I could actually get a medium amount of drink like I ordered rather than small. I love Chick-fil-A’s food though and this location always gets my order correct.*after I wrote this review I started taking out my food and noticed my order was wrong. We were rung up for spicy deluxe sandwiches instead of regular and one sandwich had extra tomato when I had asked for extra pickles. But I called and spoke with Frank and like always, he was very nice and told me to come back to get it replaced. I go to this Chick-fil-A ALL the time and a messed up order isn’t going to detour me from continuing to go here.
Always good service, the food is stellar and the line goes faster than a chicken sandwich on Monday!
Tried to drive thru and was told I had entered the wrong line ( did not see the MOBIL APP sign) was told i could not place an order without driving back thru the line. This is the second time I have had a problem at this place. Last time they ran around the front of the building with my order and when my order was wrong they made me drive back thru the line to correct it. THE WORST SERVICE IN TOWN. How is it fast service if i have to drive thru twice every time I go there. The real problem is that they don’t care!
You would think of all places you wouldn't leave 1 star for Chic Fil A, but here we are....the quality control for the location in Midlothian is the worse!! I have had things missing through the drive through and ALL 3 TIMES I've ordered delivery through the app something was missing! The first 2 times I let it go but the 3rd time I contacted them & was placed on hold longer than 5 minutes, hung up called back to be placed on hold and then was hung up on when stated "hold on let me look for a pen". The corporate name carries weight but the Midlothian location is a horrible example for their normally good customer service!!
Guess I'm going to bed hungry tonight. Ordered my family dinner. The southwest salad, chicken sandwich, and 8piece nuggets with medium fries for myself. If I Had known that my 8piece would actually be 7 of the smallest nuggets I have ever seen and my medium fry would be only partially filled, I would have ordered something else. We dine here frequently and I am very disappointed in the quality I received tonight.
