The length of time I waited, I thought I was getting a standing rib roast! No one apologizes for a long wait. I waited so long for my onion rings I thought they'd be fresh. Them things were harder than meow mix. Then here comes what looks like the manager, and she just talks down to the employees all the while she's just standing there doing nothing. Just awful awful.

Went to the drive thru today at 10:55 as the only customer waiting for our food. We was still waiting for our food at 11:10 with multiple cars behind me. A customer came up to my vehicle questioning what's the hold up?. Recieved our order at 11:15, two cold whoppers. I gave the store multiple tries from previous bad service and I will never return to this location. Due to their lack of customer service, I was late for work.

Garbage! Straight garbage! Don’t deserve the one star. Whopper is much smaller than past years. I guess they’ll blame this on Covid too. No tomato on burger. Everything was cold and mushy! I was sooo hungry, and to receive this mound of dog food made me angry. Mayonnaise was smeared everywhere so the top bun and lettuce had slid off the patty and bottom bun. I will NEVER go back there!! Warning

Food was made quick and fast. Much better than last time 3 people in line inside. Not one manager/employee acknowledged any of us was there and we all left. So much happier this time around.

The staff at this location are super courteous and friendly. This is my go to place for a frozen Coke at the end of a long day. You can tell that they’re part of the same franchise as the Kaufman BK.

They are obviously short staffed but the ladies here on 4/21/22 are holding it together as best as they can. Seen a couple customers come in wait and leave I was almost one of them to give them some break. But their respect and struggle is showing so I figured they may benefit more if I stuck around to order. Mad props!

I gave this place a second chance, shame on me. Just spent over 30.00 for cold, old food. Just like the first time. Tastes like they made it hours before. $5.69 for a cold burger! I’m so disappointed. They should just close their doors if making food fresh to order is too much trouble!! Feel like I’ve been robbed.

Currently sitting in the drive thru.. I just ordered and spoke with Josei (unsure of spelling.. sounds like Jah-Zay) and she was unlike anyone I’ve encountered when ordering. She was so bubbly and interactive. She made me laugh but didn’t take up too much time. She was very refreshing to hear and that says something because I just came from Chick-fil-A across the street and we all know their customer service has no competition until I ran into Ms. Josei. Customer service is your calling. Idk if that’s good or not since customer service can be so exhausting but it’s great for the customer. Either way, y’all have a pretty great employee. Appreciate her, please :)

Horrible. I reached out to Burger King to give my feedback and haven't heard back. The survey code was not printed on receipt so I cannot give my feedback there. Would appreciate someone to reach out so I can share the story.

Had to return 1sandwich. Wasn't done right. Got replacement right away. Tried the spicy chicken, was very good.
