This was our first time my wife and I went. We checked the google reviews and the 4 most recent reviews ranged from 3 months to a month. There were 2 low reviews and 3 4/5 star reviews. The 3 star or lower reviews were online. I did see a couple that said the wait time was long but they were a few months older.My wife is 7 months along and she was hungry and didn’t want to keep looking for a place so we “rolled the dice” and went. The setting is nice has some wood varnished tables with Texas license plates. I noticed on arrival there was a table who had their drinks but no food. There was one line for ordering. There were two people in front of us. When it was our turn we stepped up to the counter and the cashier didn’t say hi or welcome us she turned around and walked away. As we we continued waiting she talked to a food prep person and then returned and asked what we wanted to order. She didn’t have a good customer service. When I handed her my card to pay she grabbed it from my hand quickly. She also charged us for one fountain drink and we both ordered waters. We waited 25 minutes for our order, the people who I saw when I first came in said they were waiting for more then 30 minutes. After speaking w/ the cashier as I later found out was the ranking person because a supervisor/manager/ owner were not available, she told me they had a lot of online orders and a lot of in person orders. No sorry for the wait, let me get on this for you. There was 2 people in front of me and 3 people who ordered after me. When I told her about the people waiting 30 minutes she said the same thing, I asked rhetorically if she thought it was bad they were waiting longer then 30 minutes and she said yes but didn’t seem to care. After I spoke to her my wife and I and the other people waiting 30 plus minutes finally got our food. I spoke with another gentleman who ordered after me as I was leaving and he said they normally were not this bad.Overall the food, we ordered the, Branded Cheeseburger and the Smoky bull burger were excellent. The soda is not coke or Pepsi product but we liked it. Their customer service was awful. I put a high value on customer service and they definitely were lacking.
Very long wait... 45 minutes after ordered.I'm not sure what happened, and they were out of chocolate so I asked her to make it chocolate milk so I ordered the kids menu, when they delivered the food the chocolate milk was delivered but I have been given the shake 20 minutes before and it was vanilla. And then the next five people order chocolate shakes and they got them and I asked because I only drank not even half of mine if I could change it for half of a chocolate shake and no one the girls never came back over. They never addressed it again they wouldn't even look at it. And I love their chocolate shakes. But I asked for just half of the chocolate cake and nobody said no nobody said yes nobody ever looked at us again. Wasn't my best experience at a place that I love
I give Branded Burger in Midlothian 5 stars for outstanding service. A customer ordered a meal and when I arrived to pick it up, another delivery driver had taken it. The customer was notified and confirmed she never received her order. Sandy the store manager looked up the customer 's order and made it again. Sandy also offered me a free soft drink while I waited for the order to be ready. The customer was happy and I was impressed with Sandy the manager and the restaurant for putting the customer first. May God bless all they put their hands to do.
Awful service. We waited over 5 minutes before being acknowledged and then workers were talking and arguing with each other while taking our order. Told us they couldn’t make milkshakes because they were too busy…. Then we saw them delivering the same milkshakes they refused to sell to us to other customers while we waited almost an hour for our food. They forgot to make the food of the people we dined with so they waited even longer. Food was tasty but no way we would go back after being treated so poorly.
The food is great at the midlothian restaurant but the bar side of the restaurant smells like a dirty bathroom and the tables have a think coat of grease as if they haven't changed their water is quite some time.With lack of proper cleaning of the tables I imagine they have not changed out their mop head for the floors in a long time leading to the ripe odor.
This place makes a great burger! I had the Jelly Belly and was very happy with the flavor they packed into it. If you're in Midlothian and looking for a lunch spot, give them a try!
This place is normally fantastic but my last visit had a minor disappointment. The fries were all little bits and pieces, like they were the last ones of the batch that someone decided to throw on my plate i/o taking the time to start a new batch. Everything else was great so this place still deserves 5 stars!
My family and I placed an order online. Forty minutes later I arrived to pick up and our food wasn’t ready. Matter of fact, it hadn’t even been started on at this time. The customer service was horrible! I was ignored and asked to wait longer because they were busy! (4 ppl in the establishment). One hour and thirty minutes later, I receive my food and it wasn’t correct! Attempted to let the cashier know again, and I was ignored for at least five minutes before I was helped (Fries were cold, Yard Bird Sandwich had hair fried in batter) Disgusting ?. No lettuce, tomato, etc. on sandwich. This is our second time experiencing this at this establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone. ??
A friend who visits this area often took me this week. The burger is absolutely out of this world delicious and the fries are just as amazing. The service was very friendly and quick. The iced tea was great. The seats and tables are unique and appealing. Will definitely be returning when ever I am back in the area. Great place! I highly recommend it based on my experience.
Burgers are delicious. We love the selection of soda. I like how this location has the bar separate from the regular dining area. The owner was on location working along with his employees. He was very friendly and thanked us for coming to his location.
