Welcome back to 5 Star or 1 Star!If you want a great breakfast/lunch/dinner, served and prepared by people who care ,Ale's is your place. This place has large portions and solid food... it is very obvious that the chef cares about the quality of your meal.Expansive menu makes decisions hard, because everything sounds amazing..Hopefully Taylor will be your server. She was awesome and my 2 children even commented about how great she was.
Good food and a full bar.
This cute little place is ALWAYS great!! Located in Midlothian off the beaten path. Great prices, fast hot food, service staff is very friendlyI had a young man say "yes ma'am" now thats rare! Today we met The"E" Eddie one of the owners that popped over just to say hello and ask about our meal. You have to drop in and see for yourself. But go early on the weekends because they get a bit busy after 10..Y'all will love Ale's
Something different. This hometown family owned breakfast and brunch spot offers typical breakfast but includes menu items that are not at a typical breakfast location.I had the Monte Cristo which was unique as it's a sandwich that is deep fried. It was decent but lacked a little punch of flavor. Many will love it and it was something different. Which was very refreshing as opposed to just eggs and pancakes like most breakfast places. There is also an assortment of Benedicts with multiple flavors. This might not be worth the drive to go WAY out of your way, but if you are in the area and it's before 3pm(current closing time) it's worth the stop. A lot of the menu is elevated as well . The French toast and the pancakes both have specialty options like banana rum flavors. Some will enjoy that they serve drinks. Although that's not what we are into. But many tables around us had specialty drinks or cocktails.ps server Barrett needs praise and a raise. He was very friendly. I over heard other tables say how good he was. And he even recognized a couple that hadn't come into the restaurant for a long time and the couple was shocked he remembered them. This is the kind of employee businesses need in an economy like this. Do what it takes to keep him happy.
Since this place has opened, the parking lot has been filled with cars. We decided to brave the crowds today and try it. ALE's was mostly full of people but we were seated quickly. The waitress was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our food came out quickly and it was all very good, especially the biscuits. They have a full bar, which some customers were taking advantage of. (It was 8am on a Sunday but I'm not judging)I would highly recommend ALE's (pronounced like it sounds) to all my friends and family.
Amazing food and service. Will definitely be coming again.
Delicious food! We got the Mexican Benedict and the Monte Cristo. The chorizo on the Benedict was delicious. It wasn't super greasy like most chorizo, which actually made it much tastier and lighter on the stomach. I subbed mixed fruit for cut strawberries and they were at peak ripeness. My boyfriend got the Monte Cristo and let me tell you, the raspberry jam sounded weird as heck to pair with it but is a MUST TRY. It completely the deep fried sandwich so surprisingly well. We will definitely be back!
This was our second time eating here and the food was fantastic. Our server was very attentive, friendly and attentive. My wife got the waffles with pecans and crisp bacon, and yes the bacon was crispy. I had heard there chorizo biscuits were good and I was not disappointed! They came out hot with melted cheese all over them. If you like a good breakfast you will not be disappointed!
Great service and great food! Enjoyed the Montecristo and the Chorizo biscuits! I will return to enjoy more menu options.
Ray, our server, was SO welcoming and helpful with all of my questions about the menu. The stuffed avocado was no joke, absolutely amazing! Mimosas were fabulous! I’ll definitely come back.
