Out of all the wingstops, wow. I wish Midland had more. Horrible Horrible Horrible place. Wasn't even busy and 4 tables were full of trash, the one we decided to sit on was sticky, and even after I asked they didn't clean it. No paper towels available so I can clean it myself. People who are coming in are either piling their trash on one empty table or eating at the dirty tables with the trash to one side. Nothing. Never. Never again.
This place needs to be shut down.Night shift is a joke.I couldn’t order online and nor the phone.So I drove up here. To place and order to find the place pretty vacant but the wait time is 60 mins.Guy at the counter taking orders is literally sitting on the counter while taking orders.Workers from the back coming to the front high fiving their friends that come in.There is no leadership at all for the shift.Ppl have been waiting over 2 hrs!!They not even overwhelmed they just don’t care.
Usually a positive experience when I visit this location. Workers are helpful depending on how busy they are. Be prepared to wait in line during the lunch and dinner rush. Chicken wings are usually cooked to my expectations, sometimes a little heavy on the seasoning but overall pretty good most times.
Waited over a hour and still didn’t receive my items every 1 was gone by the time I ordered and people after me kept getting their order! I love their wing! But the service sucks!
3 stars because previous order was definitely a 1 star. Y’all had y’all’s A-Game tonight. These are the best voodoo fries I’ve had at any wingstop.
I didn't get my whole order first off so they thankfully did give me a refund on the things they missed. But I get to work where the rest of the food is and I find out all of my coworkers food is cold when I sat there for 20 mins after ordering it 30mins prior to arriving. This was a Togo order. So I expected all of our food to be fresh and HOT. Very disappointed in wing stop and this is exactly why I never eat here. I told my coworkers we are never ordering there again and they all agreed. Made us late to run errands plus had people waiting in the office bc it was supposed to be a "quick" pick up.
I have never left a review for any place before. The lady at the front was horrific. I kept telling her my name for the online order and she didn’t understand which is okay. I showed her my phone with the details of the order including my name. And then when she saw my name on her screen, she asked me to show my credit card that I made the order with. Why would she need that when I am showing her the order details. This is the awful service I have ever received. It was very disrespectful of her to do that when the other guy working wasn’t asking for anyone’s credit card number.
I love wing stops... However this one was something else... Out of cups, told me it would be 15min, took 35.. there was only me and another person in the store..
Went to this location. Credit/debit card machine was down. How does this happen? I remember when a manager would have been very angry over the lost sales. Now, it seems like they don't even care. I would have demanded those machines get fixed, right now. Ended up going to Buffalo Wild Wings...another disappointment!
A good place to get wings. Not crowded. Service was prompt.
