I applied for a job through Pizza Hut and the DM said she had to call the Director of Operations to see if she could hire me cause I was in a relationship with an employee of one of the Pizza Huts and instead of calling the DO she called the person I was in a relationship with and they told her not to hire me so she called me and said the DO said she couldn't hire me (which was a LIE).
They needed to wipe down cutting boards in deli
I ordered pizza online and there was an issue with the address. I called in to change the address and the clerk assured me we were good to go. word for word I said if it was out of the stores area I would go pick it up he told me no it was still showing they could deliver. well after an hour and 15 minutes went by I figured I would call and make sure there werent any issues. I've literally let the phone continue to ring for the last half hour. If i leave to check at the store, the pizza could arrive. Now theyve finally answered and an hour and 45 minutes later they're informing me it's not in their area, after I specifically asked if it was. this is not the way to run a business. manager needs to be replaced. absolute garbage.
Placed an online order this morning before 6AM for 2 pizzas to be delivered at 3:30 PM. It is now after 4:30 and no pizza. Called and all they said was they only have one driver. What is the point in doing an order online for delivery at a certain time if they aren't going to do it? Terrible service.
one of the managers there doesn't wash her hands. And she loves being with MARRIED Men. If the shoe fits wear it �����. So sad.
