I can handle waiting, but the quality is just terrible. Literally every burger I've gotten at this location (3206 N Midkiff Rd, Midland, TX 79705). When in town, I give it a try because some crazy person in my family doesn't want Midland's excellent Mexican food options every meal like me. EV. ERY. TIME. Dry not-fresh patties and stale fries. ALWAYS. Just a shame. A true black eye on Big Orange.All other locations, superb.
For starters the customer service is good, the reason I'm giving 2 stars was I got a double cheese burger on texas toast and when I got the sandwich it was cold not like it cooled off more like it never got cooked the cheese was still cold I tried to eat it mainly because I work out in the field so it would have been the only food I'd get to eat for a good while but honestly a cold burger isn't all that great.. made it half way before I just couldn't continue this right out the cooler burger.
Super rude service from each employee we talked to. Got charged for extra sauces we didn't ask for and was told "It's only 35cents" it's not that it's 35 cents, it's the principle that they charge customers for things they didn't allow and won't refund when pointed out.Plus they forgot our fries after telling us to pull aside because they were waiting on our fries... not quite sure how that adds up..
Had 2 go tey 2 different Whataburgers in Midland as usual always packed. Asked 4 no onions no mustard and I always try 2 check my food b4 I leave the restaurant. Well Ilthey gave me the wrong burger but giy at tje window was awesome. Some places in Midland well customer service ia BAD. BUT AFTER ALL IT ALL WORKED OUT. HE LET ME KEEP THE WRONG BURGER.
When my friend and I pulled into this Whataburger on 42nd n JBS, I asked him if he was sure he wanted to eat there. The drive thru was busy, parking lot 3/4 full n more people arriving as we were. I thought, ugh ? this is no bueno. Luckily we were 1st of the new flock of people walking in, placed our order and within 7 minutes ( if that ) our order was ready and within a few minutes everyone else was eating or getting their orders. At least 14 people plus us. Great job everybody ??? very impressed ?♥️
Love the food. Being going there since I was a kid. But every time I order honey butter and say butter very clearly they always give me honey mustard. It’s really annoying. Who wants honey mustard with a breakfast. Next time if you hear honey mustard make sure the person wants that. It doesn’t hurt to repeat it.
Quick and efficient. I love the green chili double. It's a great burger. They are always pleasant here.
The food was alright but the service is very slow especially the drive thru. It's been slow the past 2 times I've gone even with a shorter line. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're in a hurry.
My Family and I always go on midnight run to this Whataburger but for the past 2 mths the food has been disgusting the fries are soggy and cold even the hamburgers are cold, cheese isnt even melted very disappointed i hope they get it together for now whataburger on Midkiff lost our service
Eh...Who ever was in the back throwing the burgers together did just that. Ordered my number 1 with jalapenos. After three bites I noticed no jalapenos. Opened my burger & saw that everything (tomatoes, pickles & jalapenos) were piled together in a corner.?not sure if they are trained on how to properly assemble a burger.
