The customer service is terrible they did not read the mobile order ticket and almost forgot our fries. My order was cold. I also requested spicy ketchup and 2 reg ketchup (4fries total) we only got 1 spicy ketchup and a ton of fancy. It’s ridiculous this place pays so much with benefits but my order here is always messed up or missing something.
gave the wrong item and when I went back they gave the item I did order that had been sitting there 30 minutes... and they are rude
Holy cow did that food come out fast. We ordered and sat down. 2 minutes later our food was out!
Wish I could give zero stars but I can’t every time I have a problem with this location. My boyfriend and I get a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich come home and there’s no buffalo sauce I call and the man was rude and seemed annoyed with me I go up there for my refund and then asks me where’s the sandwich telling me next time bring the sandwich when the man told me over the phone just bring the receipt??? And didn’t apologize or anything for the inconvenience.
Food on point. Got to expand it though. Line was horrible but I guess thats what happens about 4 in the morning. Overall they were very fast and was very pleased with them.
Every time we go to this whataburger they completely mess up our order. Our food is always cold and tonight there was a hair in my burger. We will drive all the way across town now just to avoid this place. So sad.

I visited tonight at 1:30 AM and the staff there was amazing. There was a complication with traffic outside where people didn’t know where to get in line at and a woman that worked here got it under control ASAP. She’s a real one! Thank you for yummy food as well?
I came through the drive-thru at 1:30 in the morning and it is now 2:05 and they had me pull around when all I ordered was one chicken fajita taco 10 mins later still no taco while 6 other vehicles passed me getting there food I call and speak to the manager to just give me a refund 5 mins later still waiting outside he finally brings me my money with no apology what so ever just handed me my money and walked off horrible service I knew I should of went to the one on wadley wasted my time
