Their drive thru is so slow I decided to go inside. Had to wait for my breakfast order to be taken because no one was paying attention to the counter. Wanted Dr Pepper, which was out. All fountain drinks were sputtering. I waited for my order while watching everyone who was in the drive thru when I drove up get served before i did. I've been coming here for 5 months and the service has always been poor and the food is marginal unlike most other Whataburgers.
Its Whataburger...but I don't want to my #2 with a side of homeless people. Every time I go to this one I'm always accosted by someone needing to get back to El Paso on the bus....the bus doesn't even stop at this one
It was a terrible experience. There were like 5 workers just standing around and only one person on the register. Not one person acknowledged me and the person in line in front of me was an employee. I get that they have to eat, too but guests are important, too. It was an online order at that. I waited almost 10 minutes for my food. How is that convenient?! By far the worst service I have received from Whataburger.

Pretty good. Friendly. A pet peeve of mine is when the customer has to flag a worker down, even tho I'm standing at the counter and more than 1 looks at me and walks away... so I have to get their attention instead of them asking me if I'm ok. ... hope that makes sense lol oh yeah, and I asked for it for dine in and they gave an order Togo.
I had a salad, which was nice and fresh. No one complained about their food. The onion rings are wonderful.
Been here a couple of times and they've gave me exactly what I ordered with a smooth transaction
The dining room is closed. But the drive-thru is still operating. Really wanted the dining room experience. Yet settled for a parking lot dinner.
I ordered the #2 dry, no cheese add avocado, bacon and tomato. And I got just that. And was done in a quickly manner.
Delicious chicken tenders always. The fact that I have thoroughly check every single item in the order (this means unwrapping every sandwich and opening every box) lets you know this location does not have good social credit. Receiving my food has not failed me in believing it to not be mystery box 90% of the time and my wonder of which item will be missing will always be present.
