Always a good sign that a restaurant can produce consistently good food even on a super busy night. Just about every time I've been here it's pretty quiet, but tonight was just slammed with takeout orders and a full house. Even so, service was good, very polite as always. Food was perfect and delicious - highlights were the Tuna Wrap app and Pad Thai . Definitely a favorite spot for great food and chill atmosphere!
I will be honest. I wasn't expecting too much when I arrived at this restaurant with some friends. It isn't anything special as far as atmosphere is concerned -- maybe clean and simple? My food was very good. I had the salmon hibachi and it was a nice sized portion. The hot and sour soup was tasty. Spicy enough but not overwhelming. Yum yum sauce made the rice. The service was friendly, albeit maybe a little inexperienced, and the price was very affordable.
Excellent fresh sushi. Was very surprised and will be going back often!! Had the yellowtail sashimi and it was SO fresh and big chunks of fish. I had to order it twice! Got a couple other rolls and they were complex & delicious. Sake was on point as well. Very smooth. Will definitely be back!! Happy to find a proper sushi place in west TX.
Yummy food, good atmosphere!
Food was expensive. Ordered for appetizer crab Rangoon and it didn't have any crab... Spend 50 dollars .. Could of went to a regular Chinese place and get better food than this. Waitress was nice but who ever sat us down barely interacted with us. She only placed the menus on one side of the table and left.
Let's start with, I'm not a big Sushi guy, however, they have more to offer than that. Service was quick and responsive, food was hot ( and those that have read me before know that THAT is a peeve of mine)..there was 3 coworkers of mine and myself and we ordered quite a bit of appetizers, sushi and entrees.. Portions we're good sized, prices on the higher side but overall I'd give it a 9.2 eating..the only real negative would be the lack of ice in our drinks and refills were slow...I'd go back and refer friends..
I've had takeout from 1126 many times but ate in the restaurant for the first time. The inside is nicely decorated and has a good vibe. The food, as always, is delicious. Crispy shrimp roll is a MUST. All of the sushi has been fresh and the specialty rolls are amazing.
This place was awesome. When your meal os brought out, the presentation alone almost makes it worth the 5 stars… but luckily the flavors backed up the hype and we all loved our meals. Highly recommend if you love sushi! That also have lots of cooked options as well for the non sushi lovers.
Good Sushi with a good atmosphere. My husband likes this place a lot. We avoid going on any Friday 's because it's very very busy for their weekend ...we always try one of their new rolls everytime we go too! My favorite is the Pink lady Roll right now.
My first sushi place to try and there was a reason for my family to take me here. It's good food. They have a big selection of Japanese foods and a big selection of sushi rolls. Order early because they are busy. Staff is always amazing. They hire the friendliest and cutest.
