I usually get the Detox Island Green smoothie but the last few times it hasn’t tasted right. There are new employees not sure if they’re being trained properly. I appreciate this place however it would be convenient if they had more sizes for their drinks, I don’t always finish my smoothie and for the price I pay I wish they had more sizing options.
Been to this store several times and it's usually ok but today it wasn't. Smoothie was not made very good. I could taste the protein powder. It was very chalky. Also one of the workers was very loudly complaining that they were tired of having to make smoothies all the time. One of the other workers was talking to her and she repeatedly stated that she was tired of having to do that responsibility and was going to quit. I understand that a job can be frustrating at times but if you have a complaint wait until there are no customers around before voicing your concerns. There is a time and place for that.
Everytime I go to get a smoothie from here they are always quick, friendly, and have the best smoothies in town!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
We wanted to change from the same old burgers and, hey a new chicken place. So we have tried the drive-thru at tropical smoothie but this time decided to go in. Light on business, good on flavor. I will be back.
The smoothies are actually pretty good here but customer service not so much…. Literally here 10 till close and they tell me that they can’t help me cause they’re closed… hours show they’re open till 9. SMH
I got 2 smoothie it takes awful I went back to drive- I don't think they know how to make them They gave us a taste but one it was still nasty They have people in there that Is doing
This place used to be good. But today I got a detox island green smoothie and the majority of the ingredients were not even blended together. I also got a quesadilla and it was only half full. Save your money.
Why’re the smoothies watered down. I’m from Dallas and I’ve never had a bad smoothie from tropical.. I knew something was off just by the color of it.
Waited 5 mins to have my order taken. They had 5 people working in the back to handle one single order. Just kept on ignoring me like I wasn’t there. I just walked out, extremely bad service.
Found a new place to become a regular. Great service and wonderful healthy food
