If you are not a “regular” it will take you forever to get a drink. We stood at the bar for 15 min and the bar tender kept saying one moment, i finally asked the other bar tender, which she ignored me to help a person who had just walked up to the bar, another woman who i guess was a manager finally came and served us a drink, mind you they weren’t busy. It’s a very “clicky” atmosphere and they staff are not welcoming to new comers.
We love it. Great place to eat & hear music. Elizabeth was very helpful & polite. Thank you
Great band and awesome facility. Service is a bit suspect….asked for a Bullit Bourbon, bartender said they didn’t have it, but it was on the top shelf. She didn’t seem to know her drinks…..I will come back and try it again!!
Nice outdoor space to enjoy a drink before a show, decent bar food, but poor execution when it comes to hosting live music. Dance floor setup for a touring headliner act with tables fully around the dance floor leaves little room for the GA tickets you also sell, and the territorial nature of half the people who have tables means you’ll be endlessly harassed for wherever you choose to stand. Can’t imagine a band wants to play to a fully empty space directly in front of them except for the handful of songs people leave their tables to dance to (as was the case at Jason Boland and the Stragglers), save the dance floor for the house/cover band or really rethink the general admission setup beyond standing next to the bar.
We went there for the Kyle Parks concert. We had a really good time. There was is a lot of people but still plenty of space. The concert was good, the service was good as well. The bathrooms were clean. I would recommend it.
Service was awful. Cocktails were even worse and expensive. The chicken poppers were old and tasteless. Salsa was not fresh. It was so thick. The server had our 2 lime wedges in her hands and sat them right down on the menu. I couldn't believe it. And to top it off, a $3.23 fee was added onto my bill since I was using my debt card to pay. Was there for lunch, (2 people) Cost $100 for nothing and a horrible experience. Worst lunch ever. Definitely won't be back. I hate to leave a bad review on any business but this was terrible.

This place has always had a nice atmosphere but food is very very average. Could have had a better meal at our corner restaurant, Country Cafe (who serve beans and slaw with their fish) in west Odessa, and saved the long drive. Save yourself the trip unless you're there for something other than food. BTW - not real catfish! It's swai from Japan. Tastes like catfish but very mushy!
We drove 30 miles to eat the fish on FridayThe waitress was averageThe fish was mushy, could of been fried a little longer, overpriced, no beans or coleslaw to break up all the grease from the fish and fries.$4.00 bottle beer. The night entertainment might be different with the live bands and such.We will be back but not for the fishWish this place luck
The Mule Barn was surprisingly good. We both had street tacos that were the best we've had in Midland. The waitress was great - attentive and fun.Go. There.
