Nothing to write home about but I got steak tips with a loaded potatoe and salad.Steak was ok...I had better from Walmart I cooked myself with only salt and pepper.My loaded potatoe was not loaded....everything was given to me on the side ...guess you have to dress it up yourself but for 25.00 ....yea ok.I only ate the salad because I paid 25.00.Something different I guess besides a taco or burrito.I doubt I'll be back.

I hate to see all these negative reviews because this place has never disappointed me in the 5 years I’ve been a customer. I’ve ordered several things from their menu, using both delivery and pickup, and have always been very pleased. I’ve been on a sirloin salad kick here lately and I get 2 meals out of it. I cut the steak tips up into finer pieces and boom, 2 whole steak salads for $11. You cannot beat that!As far as the customer service goes - I think people tend to get turned off to a place when an employee doesn’t show an unrealistic amount of enthusiasm, but these guys are still cooking, cleaning, running drive thru, taking to go orders, etc etc.. I’m always smiled at, greeted and thanked for my business. That’s good enough for me!

My friend picked up our order. It was two dollars more per meal without any pre notification. Then when she got it hime to us one of the meals had no baked potato. We called as we were ready to eat. They told her that they could not deliver it to us even though they have delivery services. So she drove over to the store again. They were not apologetic just handed the ootato to her. No compensation of any kind for the inconvenience.re has not only lost one customer, but three.

My 13 year old made an order at some time around 7pm it’s 9:33pm as of now she called to check on her meal at about 8:45pm they said it was on the way an still no meal I had her call back to check once again an the employee that answered the phone talked real crazy to a child saying she don’t get paid to rush the driver an so on so as the parent I called to speak to a manager an she was no help either very poor customer service (smh)

I'm giving it a 3 because the customer service is not what it was back in the day I came from San Antonio and was kinda disappointed because what I remembered it being but no one can take away from the fact that the food is #fantastic

With the price you pay youd expect them to not forget almost half and order then them put you on hold when you call to let them know

I've been getting food from here for almost 3 years and it has consistently been getting worse every time. Our steaks today were so tough we couldn't eat them. The potatoes, well, I'm not sure how yall keep sending out "baked" potatoes that are still hard inside. You're notorious for forgetting items in orders. I'm not asking for an apology or a refund, but I will ask you to fix and work on your employees work ethic. Times aren't easy for everyone and I realize mistakes can be made. Please work on that.

I use to order steak express 3 times a week and now I am down to 1 time a month this is Ridiculous my burgers are always raw and when I call them they getAttitude smh I will no longer do Business with them

I gave a 4 due to the quality of food. I would have given a three, but my delivery driver really made up for what the food lacked. He was super friendly, courteous, and an absolute gem. It was a pleasure doing business with that gentleman.

We've order from them at least30xs in the past2years. Always our families goto if we really want to have a nice meal.
