The food was amazing as always. However our only complaint is how absolutely terrible the mix drinks are. We ordered simple drinks and it took the bartender a long time to figure out how to make it. And they forgot the alcohol in one. Then I ordered a peach fuzz and I got the armadillo.... I'm allergic to pineapple.
Traveling thru Midland, we stopped at the Texas Roadhouse. It was busy but we did get a table right away. The rolls and salad were both great. My husband's medium rare steak was too rare and had to go back. Our waitress was not attentive - we were always waiting for her.
(Not sure if my initial review posted, so I am re-posting)We love this place! The steak is always cooked to perfection. This evening Adele was our server and was amazing! We never had to ask for anything because she was on it! Also, Taylor (manager) made sure our experience was great. This is why I don't like going anywhere else for my steak!!
Prices were great, service was timely, food was delicious. Restaurant was clean. Got a margarita and it was sooooo good. However I wasn't a fan of the fact my server asked if I wanted it made with 1800 or Patron....not informing me it wasn't being MADE with it but an.added price for a shot WITH my drink.

My husband and I frequent Texas Roadhouse almost every weekend to eat and the food is wonderful it always looks good it always tastes good however when I need to use the restroom every time I have gone in there the restroom has been filthy dirty like nobody had ever bothered to clean the floors pick up the toilet paper wash down the Walls as I was leaving the restroom and I turn left and went down the pathway to my table I looked into the kitchen and the floor that I could see was filthy and it was cluttered with trash. Somebody needs to call the health department on them.
Wife loved it here. Great steak. I picked a salad as one of my side, best salad I've had in a while.
We just got into town fron Tyler and showed up 30 min before close. Of course we sat at the bar and ordered our food to go. But everyone was still very nice and willing to serve us. The food also came out well cooked and fresh.
Writing this review solely for the hospitality. Brought my fam in from NY tonight and it would be an insult to call how we were treated by our server hospitality. We were seated and given bread. Someone came to give us plates, but as we were handing them out, we noticed that they had dried ketchup, mayo, and oil still on them from previous visitors. Nice to know this is how this restaurant washes and sanitizes their dishes during a PANDEMIC. Our server greeted us and rushed through his intro. He was abrasive and really short with us. At the end of taking our drink order, I asked if we may have new, clean plates and his reply to me was, “well obviously I’m not the dishwasher so..” and walked away. Aubrey ran our food and she was very pleasant. Tina, the manager came out and checked how we were doing. How are you the manager and the dishwasher is not properly sanitizing their dishes? I did not want to say anything because we just wanted a nice meal for the night. I will be posting this review on all platforms as well as the survey requested on the receipt for corporate. Tina, is this how all of your front of house employees act? Texas Roadhouse corporate- did you set the criteria bar so low for employees whom you call “Legendary Trainers” and allow the same to mentor current and future employees with that type of attitude? Being a server not just a few years ago and a trainer myself for a different establishment, if a mystery shop came - Sean’s level of hospitality is an absolute embarrassment and is sure to lose the Texas Roadhouse name a lot of customers and money. If we’re all being honest, the only reason why people come here and it’s full a majority of the time is because Midland doesn’t have that many places to eat… If your family can choose, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
