Very poor service, I had to order for me and several other co-workers and 2 "ladies" there were very unprofessional, since I had a little trouble remembering all the order... I was taking a little too long to order for that reason and one of them commented "I don't have time for this" as she proceeded to move one of the sandwiches aside, as if she was in a rush, other 2 ladies had to interfere in the service.
The crew was fast and friendly. Greatly appreciate the hospitality and good food.
I would give 0 if I could. Tried to call in to order catering for a funeral tomorrow. The lady that answered the phone said that she had a line and complained instead of answering catering questions. I tried calling back after online ordering did not work (said it was past the cut off time even though the order is for the next day at 2 pm; I was just calling to see if it was a technical error or if it was too late to order for the next day). The same lady asked to put me on hold for a minute and instead immediately hung up on me (even after I said "sure" to her request to put me on hold). She had major attitude both phone calls and was not at all helpful, she sounded tired/bored/disinterested. I understand having a bad day or being stressed because of being busy, I have worked in fast food. However, there is no excuse to treat customers as bothers unworthy of assistance or help when they are trying to order catering for an event unless the customer themselves are being rude or unreasonable (I was neither and I was willing to wait on hold). Please fix this customer service issue with how you answer phone call inquiries. When I have personally gone to this Subway, they have been very nice. Not sure why there was such a difference in customer service between in-person and over the phone.
Place was semi packed but only one person in line. Staff greeted everyone that walked in, including obvious returning customers that they knew by name, and customers received their food very quickly. First subway I have walked into and all the staff is working. Even when the lunch rush stopped, they were restocking and cleaning. Fabulous manager and efficient team. Will be driving out of my way to come here when I crave subway again.
Not sure why this is on my timeline, but I would never buy anything from Subway.
