Dear GM, RM, DM.please reevaluate your employees. Havent been able to walk in there and get service for the first 5 minutes of standing there for the last 3 times I've gone. I also tend to stand in the convenient store section to buy my beer for an additional 5 minutes. These girls that seem to be running the store have little investment in customer satisfaction. Especially since your only attraction to this location is subway....thats bad. Please reevaluate your employees closely. There were 4 girls standing outside of the establishment through the side door, i recognized at least 2 of them as workers there. They seemed to seriously give zero f***s. In times like these its pretty easy to hire replacements who would have more ethics and integrity.
