Horrible service. Waited in line for twenty minutes after only receiving half our order. Did not know what they were doing when placing your order. And booths and tables look like they haven’t been cleaned in a week. Only good thing about this place is the food is good.Overall this place is mid.
The worst place we have ever been. Waited two day days ago for 45 min. Just to get 2 shakes. Then waited 25 min for one order out of 3 orders.By far the worst customer service ever.If there were a no star mark. I woulda pinned it.Do not come here !!!!!
They need more staff people are just walking out and standing in line for a long time but food is good needs Just a little bit more sanitizing on the floors and tables
Slow, disgusting and understaffed. Pretty horrible service for being in a good location. It started off bad and has gotten worse.No meat on my double cheeseburger.
The food has never been bad. The wait times are absolutely horrible. They are understaffed. Plan on waiting at least 30 minutes when not busy and good luck if they are. There are other options near by and I would suggest one of those
Are usually go here between the hours of midnight and 3 AM always have great and experienced observice and the shakes are always fantastic
Drive thru operator is terrible at his job and hasn't been properly trained. Told me drive thru was closed because they were short handed. I proceeded to go inside and their was one person ordering. I confronted them about the situation and they told me the manager told them to say that they were short handed with one person ordering inside. Complete lack of management and training.
Midland, TX. - Very poorly made steak-burger, broken and burnt doesn't even qaulify for a burger. My experiences at Steak 'n Shakes have gotten worse and I won't even stop there anymore when I'm in town while on business

To the guy in the Spiderman costume that took my order today, here's a tip.When a customer walks in and says "hello sir how are you" don't just stare at him and say nothing.....try saying hello back at least. Wouldn't kill you to just be friendly to people for once, especially when there being friendly and respectful to you in the first place.
