Lady was rude didn't ask more questions had to order again of what she forgot. Acted like she was ready to leave or didn't won't to be there. Horrible experience. Clean bathrooms & dining room.pretty fast service for my order .Won't return to this Starbucks but I'll go to another Starbucks. 2* for clean place & fast service. Have a wonderful rest of your day yr loved.
Showed up 40 min before I had to go to work and still couldn’t get a coffee with their ridiculous lines and slow service. Save your time and don’t stop by this place
I went for a grande caramel ribbon crunch frappe. It was around 2:45p.m it was pretty busy and I noticed it was a lot of new hires working. So granted they were working and and training all at the same time… The young lady working the coffee machine was moving really fast and I noticed when she was making my drink something just wasn’t right. Well sure enough she had messed up and at this time I’m really paying attention now. I watch her transfer my drink to another cup which place the whip cream at the very bottom and left half the coffee in the other cup. I feel like the proper thing to do is to just remake the drink since it was your mess up but she placed more cream on top and served it. I go to this Starbucks all the time because its newer and better put together but I don’t appreciate the service they provided today. And also I feel like training is made for morning time.
Starbucks is always a good place to go to share with my mother and my daughter ❤ My mother is on vacation and she felt very comfortable eating, drinking and talking
First two things I tried to ordered they were all out of so we went with the basics. Ordered two frappuccinos and two lattes. Frappuccino tasted like cleaning chemicals and the lattes were watery and I think they forgot to put and flavor in them. Drive through was wide open and only 3 cars in the lot so they weren’t to busy. I think we are done with Starbucks in Midland they seem to be poorly managed. This one has gone down hill fast and the one on Midkiff seems to be closed indefinitely. Don’t know if it’s an employee problem or shortages but it’s been real hit or miss and this time was terrible.
I love Starbucks caramel macchiato. My husband's was really hot, just the way he likes it. It was clean and drive thru was quick.

They had no napkins in 3 totally empty dispensers. They did not give out a napkin with the order.The wifi was not working. It was not clean. I really do not think they encourage inside dining even though they will allow you to sit at their dirty tables. I am pretty much done with Starbucks. They can take their politics and leave as far as I am concerned.
As has been mentioned before the staff does a good job even though they are always super busy. But this winter the location has had erratic hours, they've closed the ability to order ahead completely and the lobby is almost ALWAYS closed. I live down the street from this location and was so very devoted to coming every morning. But im so frustrated with the inconvenience of the managements decisions that I wont be coming here again. Thankfully a Black Rifle Coffee opened across the street and I will be going there from now on.
