This location really needs to get it act together. I don’t know who manages this store, but it is so unpredictable. I understand things happen, but it is always something with this location. You never know when you will get your order, they randomly close, and today they had us standing outside for some reason and the staff had everything so mixed up. We were constantly having to prove our order because they couldn’t find it. Just a complete mess. Do yourself a favor and just drive on down to the Big Spring store. They seem to know what they are doing.
If you’re ordering online to pickup here in the mornings, do it 20-30 minutes ahead. Especially if it’s after 7:30. Very popular pickup location for mobile orders and there’s always a ton sitting around. Some morning there’s a line waiting for mobile orders from them being behind. Grab from another location in the mornings if you can. Made me late for work several times
The worst experience ever!!! After waiting in line for 30 minutes they failed to tell us they didn’t have our drink once we got to the window. After questioning the girl at the window why did they wait for us to go through the line she offered us free drinks. Manager came to the window and said we can pay or leave!! We left! Coming from a business owner who buys their gift cards for their employees daily I will never do business with them again
Huge wait time on on line orders. Waited over 30 mins after my estimated pick up time for one drink, watched others come in and order and get their drinks made first. Kinda makes the whole on line ordering pointless. Locations in Midland are getting few and far between may be time to start looking for a different coffee shop all together.
Experience here was terrible! We were passing by from a 10 hour drive still heading to Dallas and for one they take forever. Took us almost 30 minutes for 3 tall drinks. Once we get to the window after another 10 min we get the coffees. The last drink was a pink drink and took another 15 min to get. I couldn’t believe it. I asked the lady all we were missing was the pink drink she says “yeah, I know. I’m making it right now so wait” and slammed the sliding door. I was speechless. Very rude! I asked for a manager and refused to give it to me. Just terrible service all around.
I love my best friends at my Starbucks. They know me so well. Doesn't matter if I visit in store or drive thru they know my order by seeing me or by my voice. All around awesome people. Thanks for being the best part of my morning ?
The staff here is made up of mostly great people. Very friendly, warm and welcoming... Is give them a 5 if it wasn't for a moody worker that told me to check the labels after another worker told me that the drink I picked up was mine....It could've all been avoided of they just gave the names out so that customers can see their name without having to touch another's drink cup in these days of the plague
They lie about their store hours, I showed up at 6:30 AM when they open at 5 AM, and there was a line of cars and the store was left empty and there were no workers. I will not be coming here again, very frustrating!
Save time and go to the one by HEB. I usually do a mobile order. They take 30 to 40 minutes. The staff are rude with no customer service skills. There's always 5 or 6 people behind the counter but you never know who to ask regarding your mobile order. When you do catch someone they act like you just committed an atrocity when you ask them if your order is in queue. The most unprofessional staff I have dealt with at this starbucks. I know half good labor is hard to find in this area, but still no excuse not to train someone on customer service skills.
It’s 1pm on New Year’s Day. The staff here seemed to be in good spirits and one guy with glasses out of the group was the most silly yet provided overall entertainment as I enjoyed my beverages. Excellent service for being so busy.
