Random hours. Take forever for mobile orders, might as well wait in line. Today I placed a mobile order and the inside is closed and the window line to the street. I called to cancel and they took phone of the hook. I have gave this location the benefit of the doubt but 5 or more times is over kill. They NEED new management.

Ordered the same hot drink anytime I go to Starbucks and after one sip it tasted terrible! I opened it just to check the color of it and found these hairs. Tried calling the store or using the app for a refund and neither are working.
App says open at 5 am so I go. Employee comes out to say" we are not open, short staffed. Go somewhere else ? i wasn't gonna drive across town so I waited. They opened at 5:40. Can Starbucks not open with 3 ppl??? The one on Rankin hwy opens with 2. Ive emailed the DM for issues in past with no response. Maybe advertise that your needing help? I do not see any listing for Starbucks jobs. Just because there are limited coffee shops doesn't mean you can run this business so unprofessionally. We need more Human Bean coffee shops! BTW, my prices are ridiculously high. 8.00 for a grande with 3 shots. Get it together!!!! I will be call corporate.Why have order ahead app? I wait long with ordering online. I bet Starbucks doesn't read their reviews. They never reply!!!! I review alot and very rarely have negative reviews but if I do. That company always offers to make it right.
All 3 times I have went to this location I have waited in the drive thru line for AT LEAST 45 minutes. One of the times after I had ordered I pulled up so I was stuck and unable to get out of the line and had to wait over 30 MINUTES to get up to the window. Once at the window I had to wait for a substantial amount of time to get the 2 drinks I had ordered. Both were completely watered down and not made correctly. The worst time management I have ever seen at any drive through facility.
They have good interior, the people are nice most of the time, though I've had my share of bad experiences with the workers. The coffee is always 50/50. The quality of their drinks is always unpredictable.
The staff was very friendly but the managers need to hire more workers. I felt so bad because they wete serverely understaffed and working as hard as they can. Great drinks,just need more workers
They are almost always out of cold brew. It’s getting worse. I asked them why and he said because they get busy at night. Yah ok Starbucks. You wait in line for what seems like forever then order and they are out so you order something else and they don’t have almond milk. So your like forget it. And someone is behind you so your stuck in line for another eternity. It’s bad management. They use to be better than this. It’s a ghetto Starbucks. Period.
Wish I could put zero stars, waited in line for thirty minutes. Finally got to the window, waited another thirty minutes. No service, had to get everyone behind me to back up and leave. The inside was locked of course.Seemed like a one person operation, then they finally gave up.
