Always a wait. Mayra needs better customer service skills at the drive thru. Very soft spoken, no eye contact and no people skills. Drinks always good but the staff needs help.
They didn’t appear to be working as a team or very efficient which in return which cause the drive-through line to be very backed up every day. It made me not want to go there I dreaded it every morning. Unfortunately I need my Starbucks coffee
Would of gave 1 star but I gave it 5 to be nice. They keep me going. You know. To the store across the street to get free coffee.
Although travel a little ways to get to this Starbucks it's worth it to avoid the long lines at most others.
Here lately this location hasn't been making good coffee! Not sure if it's new staff but I've had several drinks the last few weeks that haven't tasted like they should.
Didn't even heat up my muffin.
I love going to this Starbucks my drink is always made good but my mom’s drink isn’t she gets a caramel latte and I tell them to add whip cream all the time they never add whip and the cup is never full it’s halfway!!
After ordering the barista said it would be a 30 minute wait for my latte. When I asked why the answer was they have only 2 machines and they have lots of mobile orders. Why doesn’t Starbucks prioritize in-person customers over mobile orders? That’s poor customer service!
Grabed a Coffee Frap. It was as good as usual but they were out of straws. Offer to sell me one for $1. No thanks.
put a sign up on door when they decide to close which is several times a week. NO NOTE. poor folks sit in drive thru waiting. no clue they are not closed. District manager no help. got in contact with them and they passed me off to 3 different ppl. I spend too much $ daily at this location and they definitely prove they don't care about their customers. so before I order ahead, I call EVERY TIME to see if open. ive lost $ ordering ahead and they are closed. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!! You would think they would offer " 25 stars or a free cup of coffee" NOPE! I honestly don't think DM cares at all!!!!
