Very disappointed, I ordered and paid for a double meat with mustard, jalapeño, all the way, super size French fries and cherry limeade to go. Received a hamburger with mayonnaise and no jalapeño, no fries, asked them for my fries and they brought gave me a small order of fries. I tipped the carbon $5.00. Never will go there again. I'll just go to Texas Burger. Sonic has gave me the wrong order three times now and the last time the Mgr refused to correct it so we left, I discovered I received the wrong hamburger when I got home.
This is the best Sonic in Midland. App works almost all the time food is always correct and hot. And they have hood iced tea so far.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. We ordered, waited 20 min. No order for us, even after my husband kept telling them what we ordered...another 20 min passed still nothing. This sonic sucks a big one
Waited 25 mins for my food. Only to find out when I asked why it's taking so long. By calling them because they wouldn't answer when I pressed the red button. (They weren't busy at all which is why I decided to pull in.) That they were waiting for the meat was the first excuse. Then I was told they were backed up. When I asked how much longer it would be. I was told it would be another 15-20 min wait. So I just got my money back and left. If they would of said that when I pulled up. That it maybe a longer then Normal wait. I would of understand and would of said Thanks for the heads up and left because I was on a time schedule. But with this location it's always something so I should have known. Won't be going to that one again.
