This was the worse burger I've had. First off, my order got to me in less than 5 minutes which lead me to believe it was going to be bad. Sure enough, they did disappoint. Burger was cold as if had previously been sitting there. I wish I would have taken a picture before I ate it so you could have seen how it looked. It literally looked like someone poked my burger numerous times, fingered would be a better word. Having there been only 5 other vehicles, you would think the food would be good and hot. Nope, not even warm. The fries were just as bad if not worse. I took a few bites and threw it away. Money down the drain and still hungry, so had to go look for another meal. The only good thing was the drink which I asked for light/easy ice, and it was filled to the brim. It's sad they want higher wages and can't even make a mediocre burger properly. Will never be coming back to this place. What a disgrace of a restaurant. Don't eat here unless you want to leave hungry after throwing your food away.
Placed an order on the app. Took them about 15 mins to respond. I had to hit the red button several times before they would respond. I was picking it up. The person who answered was very rude. Then when I said that the app gave me an order number and receipt number she said that the manager would be right with me. However, the person who placed the order on the app had to call and complain. Took them forever to bring me the order after that phone call. Also stall number 7 still says that the red button was activated. Omar was supposed to bring me the order but I haven't seen him for 7 mins after the phone call. However he was very nice. I think he was the only one working. Omar was nice. The other sonics in midland are better than this one.
Stopped on my way to work to grab breakfast ordered a Dr pepper and they sent out a coke. Had to ask 3 times to get a Dr pepper waited almost 20 min for my drink. Also ordered cinnasnacks they was raw and doughy didn't even recieve icing. Definitely will never be returning to this sonic. Will also let my friends and family know NOT to choose this one. Such sloppy service.
Food was okay I special ordered something they didn't get it right but they got it out fast so you got to ask yourself what's better right or fast
They had only two customers me and one more I had to wait for 28 minutes for them to serve me my medium hot fudge Sunday. The other customer paid for his food and within 15 minutes he had his food and gone. I had to wait 28 minutes after they took my money
Olivia (I think that was her name, she had a mask on and I can't hear well) was very nice and courteous. And she was last time I went there. Food is good too
This applies to the Sonic in Midland NASTY!! The guy who brought our food out had his scraggly beard hanging in our bag, when we pointed this out he said "don't worry your food is at the bottom (of the bag)". WRONG ANSWER. Burgers looked like they'd been thrown together an hour prior, cold as cold can be. Refund requested and a call to corporate will be made.
I kno Sonic is Better than wat i experienced that Evening. Get that nite crew get their stuff together. I can go on but my food was Cold have you ever had a Cold ?
Wasted a third of my lunch break trying to order at this location. Saw two car hops and a girl cleaning the windows, yet no one ever answered the call box to take my order. Ended up getting service at the Jack in the Box across the street in under a minute.
The food the drinks and the service were all definitely on point keep up the good work Sonic
