We arrived for a group meet-up before 99% of our group, placed our order and waited. And waited. And waited. For 30 minutes. I went to check on our order as the screen informed us our order was on it's way, 5 minutes ago. I was met by our server who was very rude, telling me that our food was still being made and we would "eventually get it". Another server overhead and apologized for the rudeness and said we should have our food shortly. Another 15 minutes pass with no food. By this time, I am no longer interested in the food and just want a refund so I ask to speak to the manager. After another 5 minutes, she comes out and tells me that our order is being "remade" as she spoke and she would also issue us a refund for the order. When the food arrived, the drink order was wrong so we had to go back for the correct drink. She did issue the refund and gave us the meal free of charge, thus the one star. There was another member of our group that had to ask THREE times for the correct order because they couldn't get it right. I'm not entirely sure what the issue was, but this place just did NOT have it together! Out of all the servers, only 2 were busting their butts (NOT including our rude server) to do their job. More than likely will not be back to this location. Appreciate the comped meal but the rest of the experience was absolutely horrible! Total time from placing our initial order to receiving the CORRECT order: over an hour. This is fast food?

Normally I hate complaining as I’ve worked in fast food before & I know mistakes happen but i ordered an orange cream slush, ADD whipped cream. Which is .70.The girl brought me my drinks with no emotion at all after I said “hi, how are you?” She still didn’t say anything.So whatever, she gives me my drinks, I give her my money, & then I realize there’s no whipped cream, in which I paid extra for..so when she comes back I say, “I’m so sorry to do this but I paid extra for whipped cream” & she said “you want me to take it back for you?” & I said yes please. She then LAUGHS & turns around & walks off.Which is why I’m writing this review. If she would’ve just said sorry & took it , whatever, but she laughed & took it.So annoying.

I ordered from my app other places get my order correct ? but this place usually gets my order all wrong

Thank you for the friendly carhop. My order was sent out really quickly, but it was like it was someone else's order. The drink was a special order, but ice melted and the extras added to a soda that seemed flat and watered down. The tater tots and popcorn chicken were not fresh. I've worked many a restaurant days to know fresh food. The service was too fast to have been my order!

Waited almost 30 mins for our order. And there was not that many people there. Took over 15 mins to deliver after the screen said the over was ready as per the screen. Food was already cold before I received. Worst service ever.

I’m have just given up on sonic- I can place my order on the app because I know they are short handed… but by doing this I am trying to give them time…. But it’s a 15-20 min delay even when they have a heads up… sadly I’ve given this location 2 chances and each time I’ve been disappointed.

Great selection on drinks. Pretty good menu. Really can't say what my favorite is.

I'm a truck driver. I use the app to order ahead of time when I come through here about 2 or twice a month. Only bad thing it the truck parking has large holes and tire eaters. But not sure if it's sonic or subways lot if either.

First off customer service is garbage. The lady taking my order didn’t even know how to take an order. She didn’t even let me finish before giving me my total, and had attitude from the moment I said I wasn’t done until the end of my experience. She never once smiled, nor said thank you. I asked for a ranch cup and she forgot it, then not only that but took so long to answer the speaker when they weren’t even busy. For the lady inside, if you hate your job, why don’t you move on to something a little more enjoyable for you. I truly hope you have a blessed day. Sonic you got some work to do if you want this store to go anywhere.
