LOVE this Smoothie King location in Midland, TX on Wadley! ALL of the staff is friendly, the store is super clean, they recently remodeled, and most of the staff knows my name! ? I placed an order on their website and had it for delivery. My order was never delivered however I understand that it goes into someone else's hands but I am told to contact smoothie King about my order. They have no idea what happened to my order and will not refund my money for the smoothies I never received. The manager has no idea what service picks up the orders through their website and since my order was canceled it has completely disappeared on my end but I have a $30 charge that they can do nothing about. This is a joke! 1 star ?
Came in Sunday morning Jan 16 . Had to ask to remake bc it tasted terrible. The remake was better but still not portioned well, tasted more ice than flavor.

I went early around 7:40am. I thought I would be busy but there was a out 5 people. It went by pretty fast compared to other smoothie places I have been. I told my nephew to surprise me and get me something with spinach so he got me the lemon ginger spinach one. It is actually really good. A bit tart but most stuff is when it was lemon. Only down side is when I added it to my app to count my calories and what not it does have a lot of sugar (90g) for a 32 oz. Which is fine that will be all I have for today other than drinking water and eating some type of protein since I am in a pre-op diet for a surgery I'm having in June. Also cup sweats a lot male sure to have napkins in hand.
Great service, and the fact that the employees are taking time to write a small motivational quote on the cups just makes everything better. This location has an amazing team! Keep up the good work guys.
