I wasn't too impressed tbh. Yes it was good, but nothing really wowed me.The miso ramen didn't really have a ton of flavor. The noodles were good though. The karage chicken was a little dry.I would come back to try some of the other options as they looked pretty good.
Came here for the first time expecting some good food. Highly disappointed. I ordered the sesame chicken and the taste was awful. It didn’t look like any sesame chicken I’ve had before. The fried rice tasted like it had been freezer burned. All in all it was pretty gross. Would not recommend
I’ve been here quite a bit and it’s always been good but this last two times it’s been terrible. We ordered 5 meals and with the first bite we new the chicken was not thoroughly cooked, when I told the waitress (which normally I never complain about anything) she did not apologize or offer to remove it off the bill so $130 later and we didn’t even eat our meals. Highly disappointed.
The food is definitely an acquired taste, it just tastes so different than the usual stuff I eat but it’s not like it’s bad. The staff was extremely patient and friendly even though we were so rowdy. Loved the boba though.
We love this place. Staff is friendly, the noodles are delicious, and the atmosphere is nice and chill. They're consistent with food quality and usually dont have to wait too long for our order. Always clean, and always great customer service.
The hostess here are always rude and never smile. They’re always on their phone and it takes them forever to get your food rdy
The food here is amazing! I love that they have vegan options. I wish the service would have been a little better but the vegan/vegetarian options will definitely make up for the poor service.
The most basic thing should be that your food pics on your menu match the actual food you serve, otherwise its FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. We came here for dinner last night and it was such a disappointment. When i got my order I told the waitress that I didn’t want it because it didn’t look like the pic on her menu and all she said was that it look d different because it was not spicy. She didn’t apologize nor offer to replace it with something else or ask if I wanted something else. When we were done she brought the check and charged me for the order that I didn’t even touch. I don’t like being rude nor difficult so i paid and left, but we will never return to this restaurant.
Really wonderful food! I had the Devil's Ramen, fairly spicy, the beef was perfect, and the noodles tasted like they were made in-house. Also sampled the chicken teriyaki, which was spot-on. Absolutely recommend this place!
Customer service was good and the atmosphere was great. It’s a nice place but I was just disappointed in the food. It’s clearly not an authentic Japanese place. We ordered the Karrage and it tasted like the Taiwanese popcorn chicken, with all the different spices/seasonings on it. We also got their spicy tonkotsu ramen and it was just a huge let down. It smells great and looked amazing too, but the broth and noodles just wasn’t it. Seemed like it was missing a lot of flavor and the umami that comes with the tonkotsu broth. This place is great if you’ve never had Japanese food before. It seemed more fusion to me. Was just sad because I thought I was going to get some good ol’ ramen and karrage!!
