First time dining experience here. Steak, salad(they can do better with that salad by adding cucumbers), and rattlers was good. Cook burned my Brussel sprouts?. I ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri, it was bland??. I forced myself to drink it because i didn't think they would refund me. They definitely need to switch daiquiri brand. My waitress was Sky, she provided exceptional and stellar service. When I go back, if she's not there I'm going to turn around and walk back out the door??.

Food was good, we were sat quite quickly giving the fact we had 7 and a high chair. Edgar was a great server. He got the order correct. Even added on the things I wanted when I ordered last minute and my drink was never empty. 10 out of 10. Would go again.:)

They were very accommodating seeing we showed up at different times. Our waitress is the best in the business ??

The food was good, although I do miss some of the appetizers they removed from their menu. They would have gotten more stars, but the service was seriously lacking. Our server disappeared after taking our order. I had to flag down someone else's server to get refills on our drinks several times and to get condiments with our food. After taking our order we didn't see our server until it was time to get the check. Then he took 10 minutes to run my card. Very disappointed in the service.

The food was delicious and customer service was excellent

This was our first time eating here and the service was great! We arrived for lunch and the restaurant was pretty full but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. I believe our waitress was named Ruby and she was very attentive. We ordered the queso for our appetizer and it was delicious. Our food and drinks were on the table in no time at all. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. It was so juicy and tender I could cut it with a butter knife. The seasoning was on point so adding steak sauce would have been an insult.

Great food and friendly server. The table next tonus was seated after we were, but had already gotten drinks and placed their order before we even had water on the table. Server apologized, returned to take our order, and brought salads very quickly when she noticed.Otherwise, a great meal. Ranch water was rimmed with salt that was falling into the glass and threw off the taste. Fried peppers were tasty. Salads were fresh and the steaks were done perfectly.

Overnight stop in Midland and looking for a good steak for dinner. The 'other' steak establishment was packed full with a long wait time but Google found this place less than .5 miles away. I took a seat at the bar and was promptly issued a cold beer and menu. Taylor was the barkeep and provided excellent service and conversation to everyone using the bar for their meal. I kept it simple with a Caesar salad, 8 oz Wagon Boss Top Sirloin with loaded baked potato. The salad was delicious with crunchy romaine, croutons, freshly grated Parmesan flakes and ground pepper. The house Caesar dressing was one of the best I've ever tasted. The steak was a perfect medium and just the right amount of smoke flavor all rounded out with a yummy baked potato. There NO evidence of food left on that platter. All told, it was a very good meal here during my visit and plan to dine here again on my return leg of this trip.

Loved the fried dill pickles and queso with brisket. My bacon wrapped filet was excellent...cooked perfectly!

This place has gone down hill big time. Sat at the bar Friday evening, it was not that busy compared to every other nearby restaurant (which now makes sense). The bar tenders were more interested in talking to each other and the rest of the wait staff then they were into offering refills (the main bartender seemed to think he was Tom Cruise from the movie Cocktail). The food is nothing special, what kind of steakhouse does not offer 2 sides and a salad when ordering a steak? Its obvious they should, the plate they bring your food on is huge and looks ridiculous with the small amount of food. Be warned if you order a double mixed drink they are $20 a piece (airport prices). Our bill was $150 before tip for fried pickles, fried shrimp entree, 9 oz filet, 2 salads and 4 drinks. No problem if the food is good. This place is not. Save your time and go to Lonestar, TX Roadhouse or better yet Garlic Press.Edit to the response from "owner:: The feedback you requested is within the review that you replied to.
