What can I say about this place...it was the best Mexican food I have ever eaten hands down. Not only was the food amazing. Was very reasonable. We went thru drive thru...ordered the Fiesta fajitas combo...it's a family deal. Only $32...And they had our order to us in literally 5 minutes...most definitely would recommend this to anyone.

This is my Breakfast go to in the mornings. I am usually thru the drive thru in less then 5 min and in my way. Very rarely do I have any issues. I think once, they forgot to put cheese. Other then that, perfect!!

We have enjoyed eating at everyone of the Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factories. We have always received good service, our food hot and ready to eat, and found each establishment to be clean. They sopabillas are great, we always order some to take home. We would recommend these establishments to everyone that come to West Texas - Midland, Texas.

Just bought a Chile verde plate and literally got 2 pieces of meat and nothing but juice?

Shoved food out inappropriately. After they told me the amount, never another word said. Food container had open side down in sack, and came open. Tacos mixed in with the napkins. Sloppy slopply sloppy....

I ordered the Chile Verde plate which costs $9+ and when I opened it, the cup that they served the Chile Verde in was not even filled! This is why we don't go here anymore. The food taste good but their portions really need to be re-evaluated for the price us customers have to pay.

Absolutely the worst dining experience in my 70 years. Began with order taker admitting he did not know the menu. Argued with me about my own order. Over-charged. Had to involve a manager to resolve. Order taker was dis-respectful, surly, indifferent, and was a very poor reflection on himself, and the restaurant. Then, there was the food! Slung on the plate, only warm, with minimal flavor. The best menu item was “the water”!$50 for three people. No no alcohol.Management was hard to locate, and not ready to admit or rectify the problems. Not sure the founder would want her namesake business dealing with the public the way we were treated. One star is too generous for this place.

It is Rosa's. Who hasn't been there in west Texas or DFW? It is fast, good tasting food. Some people think it is a less expensive place to eat but it really depends on what you get. Chips and salsa are not complimentary but can be ordered. They need to keep the food hotel is my only complaint and clean the bathroom more often because of high volume of guests.

First time in the restaurant and probably will be the last. I was not impressed with the food or service. The tortillas are off and not sure if they are homemade or bought, that's how weird they taste. They hardly put any beans or meat in the nachos salad. But if you love chips then this plate is a must. You pay as you enter. This place is more like a fast food restaurant, same service as if you were eating at McDonald's (in case you were expecting to be seated or additional service. Missing the authentic Mexican flavored food. But it is as good as it gets for a fast food restaurant.

Rosas use to be one of my favorite places to go weekly however the food and service has gotten worse and worse. The last time I went they kept my credit card and I had to go back in line to get it. Food is just thrown around in your box or bag. The chips are stale and cold, the beans are either too dry or too runny with no flavor, Little portions of meat for how expensive they are they should be doing better.
