I visit this Rosa's every time I come to Midland. I've been eating there since 2001 and love their food. I'll be back again, even though the last couple of times I went, the service was erratic. For example, on one trip my family only got half our order when the monitor said the meal was ready. The rest came out about 5 minutes later. Another trip, they forgot to give us the sopapillas. This was before the pandemic, so it wasn't that throwing spanners in the works. But the food is very tasty. Rosa's in Arizona is not the same. I wish it was. I miss the fajitas.

Food is hit and miss at all Rosa's. Taco plate is usually good. Taco salads are good too.

For take out mexican food it was absolutely delicious. It was hot and fresh!! Highly recommend.

While visiting Midland we stopped in to eat with group of 8 people. Food was decent Tex-mex. If you want chips you have to buy them so that is unfortunate, especially since it was our first time and didn't realize till we sat down. It wasn't crowded but they were out of margarita mugs, so they gave some in our party a plastic cup with margarita for the same price. Only problem was the plastic cup was about half the size of the mug. Everyone liked their food, margaritas felt weak.

Nacho PlatterOnline prices are $5 lower than real price. One bag of chips instead of two, like in description. With today's technology, get it right online Rosa's!! For $38 fill it up, too!!?

I ordered the beef fajita plate that was $17 and they literally only put 4 pieces off beef fajita!! What a SCAM

Food was mediocre. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito for my daughter, no bean (just tortilla and cheese) and they basically put shredded cheese on a tortilla and wrapped it. Went up and asked them if they could at least melt the cheese and their reply was no, that the bean typically melted the cheese... you're a restaurant... put in on the drill for a few seconds or even in the microwave... it's not hard

Asked for a family fajita meal deal with double meat & it doesn’t even look like a family size on the meat. Took & added photo. Usually have no complaints. Paid almost $70 for barely enough meat to feed 2 people.

I remember the very first Rosa's I ate in here in Midland! I love visiting the different locations around Texas, but as an old time employee, I'm glad to come back home to Midland and enjoy! I still order the queso and chips, side of rice and side of beans! Salsa bar is the best too!

Great food, fresh hot tortillas made right when you order them. excellent tamales.
