Man this is my go to spot when I want some chicken strips or a fresh chicken sandwich, and their sauce is finger-licking good! Always excellent customer service! ALWAYS FRESH FOOD!

Ordered and received cold food. Doesn't make sense. It's lunch time. Couldn't eat my Texas toast. The chicken as we all know is bland and you need to put sauce on it to eat it. Not sure what the hype is for this place.
Canes is great but for some reason the midland location likes to skimp on fries and the chicken is always small. I’ve never had an issue at other locations but it consistently happens here. Doesn’t stop me from coming back but but it is annoying
Absolute worst canes I have ever been to. Every few months I give them another chance and every time they mess it up and I complain. When I go to get it resolved I'm treated like garbage. Honestly don't waste your time. Eat some dumpster food. You'll be more satisfied.
The employees are friendly. Chicken is usually hot and fresh. The tea is good. The fries are never cooked all the way. They are mushy and raw tasting. Ordered a sweet tea and an unsweet tea, received both sweet.

The food is fine, tastes like any other Cain's I've ever been to, but the tea is consistently bad. It tastes sort of like they made a batch of regular tea and then mixed in a bunch of extra tap water. I've never had tea at a Cain's this bad.
