Bad service, luke warm food
Unidentifiable item served and manager did not care and horrible customer service skills
Line was long but moved pretty fast. The chicken was hot and fresh. It was worth the money spent getting just chicken. I'm from the Midwest and not much of what we eat is out here in Texas so this was a huge treat. We will be back to try more than just the chicken next time.

It's good if you want to get salmonella, after that I'm not ever thinking about eating there again.
Had a proper from uber eats and they didn't put none of our sauces I called the store she just hung up on me
Since they stopped teaching math in school a 14 piece doesn't mean 11. STILL best chicken anywhere, IMHO.
Good food but painfully, bitterly slow service. The food was decent but certainly not worth a 40 minute wait. What happened to fast food actually being fast?

Love their sweet tea. Customer service is good most of the time. Chicken sandwich is HUGE and DELISH!
