Food was fine service was OK but I got tenders while ordering nuggets as far I could tell . I don't visit often enough to have an expert opinion on that.The red beans and rice were trash. Basically liquid laden canned beans over a dab of rice. The only redeeming quality for Popeyes over some other chicken places is that they have biscuits, albeit they leave much to be desired of a biscuit. Overall not really impressed even for my first meal of the day after working an 8 hr shift. ?
Ordered over the phone two 16 pcs family meals which consists of 16 pcs chkn, 8 biscuits & 3 sides x 2 for a great group of guys in the oil field. When I pick up at counter I ask worker to confirm that order is all there. He confirms that a manager just put it all together for me. After a 30 min drive to location we find out that 3 sides and 10 biscuits are missing and we only got 28 pcs of chkn...
It was good got the surf and turf thy didn't have butterfly shrimp so they gave me popcorn shrimp ? still great the tea was weak though, and not enough ice.

Went through the drive through got mine an my boyfriends order wrong except for the drinks haha. Food don’t even taste fresh....
Drive thru line wasn’t moving around 7:00 pm and came inside and it’s 7:27 pm on 1/18/22. Employee in the back eating. Employees on their phone not caring about the orders. Nobody cares. Lack of management.
Not eating here again, took us 30 mins to even get to the speaker and when I finally got my food I was missing a whole sandwich, fries and large drink, along with no straws or napkins, they weren't focused or organized when delivering food, the man who delivered our food was on the phone as they handed me my food, poor service, did not like
Food was excellent...service was poor. Six people working but only one seemed busy with other than horseplay. Had to go in as no one was taking Drive through orders, the place was a mess inside.
Updated 1 star because the company refunded our order immediately.---We had an online order. When we arrived, we were not greeted at the box; after waiting several minutes and then asking if anyone was there ... the person was rude. Then they didn't have any chicken ... a chicken place, with NO chicken. They also didnt have the pies we ordered. All they had out of what we ordered were the chicken nuggets. When we asked how to cancel our order, we were told we had to call a number on their website. Seriously?? Will never dine at Popeyes again.
I love Popeyes. I asked to make sure my order included at least one chicken breast and a large order of red beans and rice. My order togo did not include a chicken breast this time. And the chicken was not freshly made. :-(
