Horrible experience in every aspect. Pulled up for curbside and after 15 min waiting and calling got off and the guy at the counter said “oh sorry i don’t know how to answer the phone”. Cool. Then gave part of my order to someone else by mistake, fine. Honest mistake. Waited longer to have it remade and NONE of the workers cooking were wearing gloves, honestly so nasty literally touching every part of your meal with bare hands and it was filthy dude literally was wiping his hands on his pants and then grabbing more cheese for the pizza. God willing they wash their hands after using the restroom. Still took my food anyways and it was cold to the touch probably from waiting so long and the cinnamon rolls were raw in the middle. 0/10 recommend couldn’t eat anything so gross and horrible service.
Delivery has been out now for an hour!!!!! This is ridiculous. Had i known it would have been so long i would have picked it up! Its prob cold too!!!!!
Store MGR was absolutely NO HELP!NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! ? ? ? ? ? ?POOR MANAGEMENT! POOR OPERATION!My order was made through a call center, TERRIBLE!I was very specific about how I wanted my pizza to be made. Upon arrival, my pizza was not prepared as ordered. The store MGR said he made it as the call center gave it. Problem is, the call center didn't make it as I asked, even after repeatedly asking her if she understood. 3 times, I asked, she said YES!I asked the store MGR to give me a discount, he said NO. He did offer to remake my pizza, however, it was late, and I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes, after waiting 15 minutes in the parking lot for the 1st one.TERRIBLE BUSINESS! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ANY MORE!
Never received delivery and no one answers phone.. I want a refund!! NEVER use this store. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. If I could give 0 stars I would.. I am adding to my above complaint.. one week later and I have still not received the $30 store credit I was promised by the manager, because they are "not allowed to give refunds". So I have no refund, not credit and the message corporate placed under my initial complaint is a joke. I sent the information they requested and nothing.. I WANT A REFUND... NEVER USE THIS LOCATION, NEVER!!
The worst pizze hut experience ever!!! Waited on phone for over 15 minutes for them to pick up and when they did they guy hung up while I was ordering so I called back thinking just fell into bad service. Well I start my order again he put me on hold in the middle of taking my order for over 5 minutes before hanging up. So I call again to restart my order and mentioned that I had called and started my order but got put on hold and he hangs up. I call back again just to be hung up on again…very rude and the worst costumer service
So we ordered pizza for a staff meeting on Monday 1/31 and set it up for a noon delivery the next day. At 11:30am on 2/1 we got notification that our $112.15 worth of pizza was out for delivery. 45 minutes went by and no pizza arrived. I called the store and was on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered and told me that "their system went down and cancelled out all the orders". When I asked why I had a confirmation that the order was out for delivery he just kept repeating himself saying all the orders were "cancelled out" and that he was calling the people that were effected. I asked about the $112.15 charge on my credit card and he told me that, "it should be refunded in a few days". When I told him that was unacceptable and that if we were going with the "should" concept then I "should" have a stack of pizza in my office by now. He hung up on me. This location should be avoided at all costs. I have contacted the corporate office and the franchise owner, when I get resolution from them I will post an update to this review.
Pizza was hard, looked like it was pizza that was days old ( I'm sure it was another customers whom probably canceled or somthing so they gave it to me so they wouldn't toss out). I had got a stuffed crust pepperoni. Was disappointed for the first time with pizza hut. However it was my First time using this location (Midland drive). Never again.Customer service was good (no complaints)But place looks like it could use a clean up.
$60 worth of ice cold pizza. The app said it would be ready in 19 mins. An hour later it's cold and not cut pizza that sat in a window for around 40 mins. And I called and they said they could refund my money and hung up, didn't take any information so how's that work. Cmon people
There is some shady things going on with thier call in orders! Don’t use this place. I had two delivery guys come with my order and about three minutes between each other the first one asked for cash when we paid over the phone. This happened to two other people I know in the last 48 hours!
I placed an order last night. Pizza still had not been delivered after over 3 hours, along with 2 answered calls to the store and 1 unanswered call. I finally drove to the store after over 3 hours to obtain a refund.
