The pizza was a little cold but it tasted good the people who worked their we're very nice
148.00 2 hours later no food. I was hung up on 5 different times trying to find out where my order was. Finally speak to a young girl. She doesn't no why we haven't gotten our food. The shift leader tried to get her to answer my questions instead of being a manager and taking responsibility for his lack of skill.And finally tells me he can't give me my refind.refund.. so they screw up and no one can fix it. But you can take my money but can't give them back.
Easy to order, prompt delivery & always a friendly delivery driver. Pizza was hot & fresh as always.

We have ordered here several times. Out pizza is always fresh and the employees are friendly.I picked my order up curbside so I can not comment on the cleanliness of the interior of the restaurant.
Pizza was cold and very very greasy. Ordered cheese sticks and the marinara sauce cup looked like it was used already, it was almost an empty cup of sauce. Very disappointed in this order and this Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut location 2200 W Wadley Ave Midland TX 79705
Dinner was empty there were 3 workers, stood there waiting to place our order, over 15 minutes and nothing. The workers saw us but never bothered to come to the front counter to get the order.
I have been here twice and the service was exceptional. We had the same server, Milton I believe, both times and he is kind and goes above and beyond. He was the only one working the first time we went and we had our food out quick and he was very tentative to the customers dining in, as well as, cooking and answering phones. The second time we went he was awesome and stayed past clocking out taking orders and helping his co-workers. It is probably the BEST service in Midland. Definitely Recommend!
