I placed a order for carryout on Friday, April 29, 2022, and it was the worst food ever. I ordered 3 medium Pizzas and a chocolate chip cookie, I picked it up and didn't think I needed to check my boxes.. Boy was that a mistake! My pizzas were burned and my cookie was as well. I've always had good experience with this Pizza Hut, but I don't eat out much... I was very disappointed to get such poor quality food, and my total wasn't cheap. I would not recommend!They told me I'd have a credit for my next visit.. the following Friday, June 6th, I thought I'd use my credit. I called, young man was polite. He didn't know, I was talking about and got the manager.. I ordered the SAME thing as my order was and I had made sure I had a credit. I arrive and go inside and was told that my order came up to $29 and some change. I told him that I was supposed to have used my credit, and he told me that was the total after using my credit..I did get upset and walked put the door. The more I thought about it, the more it didn't make sense to me to order the same order and have it double in price. The manager had "forgot" to use my credit and wouldn't fix it.. and people wonder why people don't tip or want to go out..
You guys really messed up when you decided not to have servers anymore. We live ten miles from town and we don’t get delivery so we would enjoy going there. Also the pizza was terrible I asked for a hamburger and got a cheese pizza instead because I could count the number of meat pieces on one hand. The serve is terrible. You guys are on the way down. Your pizza used to be the best over all of them. Your in last place in my book. Domino’s went to first place specifically on the serve. Sad so sad. If you changed the pizza doe that was a big mistake because I can tell, this one is hard even if the pizza is fresh. Disappointed.
Apparently they are not trained to tell you that you gotta get your own drinks. Even though the cashier said that was my complete order my two 2 liters were not there. They charged me extra for parmesan and pepper flakes. Manager was rude and very unhelpful with backhanded comments didn't offer any solution or refund. Poor service and rude employees ?
Im so done with this location they can never get our order right and it took almost 2 hours for them to even deliver our food not even giving us the cookie but a small personal size pizza and didnt even give me my bbq sauce or ranch for the wings im never going to oder from here again they've ran out of c Chances...oh and i almost forgot the best part when we called they didn't answer for 5 minutes and when the women finally did she said ' i'll be with you in a moment ' then put us on hold for another 10 minutes before i finally hung up so....bye bye to this pizzahut never again will i order from you :)
This happened like 2 months ago i was trying to order a pizza from this location due to this is the store that delivered to my work. I called like 10 times never got an answer if even called the other pizza huts see if they could see why the didn't answer and the told me they couldn't help me. After the i have tryed to order from this store and never can get an answer. I even order on line and my pizza was cancel its sad i really like there thin crust pizza but i have to go to the domino's and i order about 2 times weekly.
My 69 year old mom ordered a meat lovers specialty pizza last night because she was hungry and wasn't feeling well. My step dad picked it up and when he got home and they seen the pizza they had been given it wasn't what she ordered. My mom has severe acid reflux and can not eat jalapeños, but here was a pizza with only jalapeños and pepperoni. She called several times to give them the chance to correct their mistake but was repeatedly put on hold and never spoke to the manager. I'm extremely upset because my mom went to bed hungry last night because of this stores negligence. I hope they correct this because my mom likes pizza hut pizza.
Have better customer service. The tracker said they were on the way for delivery and the driver showed up an hour later. Also, when I called the store to tell them my pizza was an hour late, the manager was very rude and told me not to accept the pizza and he was done with me. Horrible experience!
Horrible customer service. I made an order 3 hours ago and barely received it. My pizza arrived super cold and didn't even have jalepeños in it. My wings were with no sauce & super cold also. I do not recommend this pizza hut at ALL !!!!!
Called 3 seperate times, waited on the line for 10 minutes so a guy could yell hello and immediately hang up. Seriously, this is no way to run a business. THEY NEVER HAVE DRIVERS it will literally take HOURS to get room temp pizza in horrible conditions. This is a trend with this specific pizza hut location. DONT WASTE your time and money at THIS LOCATION
I did my order and clicked on the one to carryout on parking. That did not happened. I had to go inside to get my order. Waited like about 10 min and no one took it out. When inside I got it but the lady took a while to find the order. I had to tell her that my order was ready according to their tv screen.
