Very poor service is common here but waiting over an hour for a quesadilla is ridiculous. I never did receive my food because I had to catch my flight.
I think someone needs to explain to Joshua Rodriguez how many is to much. 2 drinks and being cut off is not acceptable. Peppers needs to train better.

Terrible place - If you don’t tip well Joshua Rodriguez will cut you off. I had 1 shot and 1 drink and he said he couldn’t serve me anymore. This was after I checked out and came back after my flight was delayed.
Glad to see someone else went through the same experience as me. I had 2 drinks and Joshua Rodriguez said he “couldn’t serve me anymore” - when I got there he was doing it to another customer. Peppers needs to really look into this. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service.

Josh Rodriguez. Is really really money driven bar tender. If you don’t leave a tip. He comes with the reason that you’re way intoxicated to travel even though I only had 3 beers. That’s how he get back at you.Now You management got to take care of this if you want your reviews be better
