Catering quality.Beans are important to get right, slacking there usually let's you know other corners are cut. The beans tasted like dehydrated refried beans.The place was clean and staff were friendly but Midland overall is just like the tacos; disappointment and over inflated pricing for everything.
Just ordered 6 burritos 1 chili Verde missing got charged for six..tortillas are not homemade.
My family stopped here while visiting Midland for a weekend. 10/10 in all aspects. Food was delicious, aguas frescas were delicious, and staff was very friendly. We came back the next morning too!

100% authentic. Salsa is perfect tortillas and food are fresh. They are not greedy either for the price they give you a big portion. Might be one of the best spots in the Permian. The food comes out fast and I had good service.

Not from here but I visit often. It’s always my first stop soon as I get off the plane. The food is always fresh. It’s like you’re having a home cooked meal. Chilaquiles are my fave! Never disappointed when I come here.
