Ordered pizza for drive-up pickup pretty late today online. We have been moving all day. Order said it was ready for pickup about 9:30. We live across town so we got there about 10pm. It was empty and not very much activity inside. Waited outside in the designated parking spots with our hazard lights on like the app said. There was employees smoking outside, some inside drinking soda, and then a few kept coming out to smoke. Not once did they even bother to ask if we were here for pickup. My husband finally got down and went inside. A female employee said, “oh, we weren’t sure if you were here for pickup or not”. But we were in the pickup parking spots and clearly the only people waiting for pickup. My husband didn’t argue or say anything. He is so tired from moving and just wanted to eat. Pizza was cold and our 2 liter was warm. We still ate our pizza. We are too exhausted. Customer service was just horrible and the employees weren’t doing much but hanging out outside smoking. Sadly, we will never order from this location again.
I’m here at this terrible terrible so called pizza place. No one even talks to you or respond. The app said it was ready, so I come in and apparently I'm invisible wearing a UPS uniform at that ???. How do they even make money and playing rock and roll loud, no wonder they can't hear me. To think I wanted to try something besides Dominos and Pizza Hut. Hey the got the order right!!!
Food quality is about what you'd expect from a chain pizza place. They can sometimes get backed up with orders and take a long time, but otherwise, it's fine.
Ordered Pizza at 9:26pm on a thursday night and receive it at almost 11pm,pizza was barely still warm and tasted like school pizza. Should’ve canceled my order like i planned to.
We only get the thin crust but the toppings are good, the people seem friendly.
Glad customer service still exist and places still believe in the customer and delivering top notch services. Papa Johns thin crust pizza is like a slice of heaven.
took over an hour ½ to deliver my order. pizza was cold. if the store is understaffed why doesnt the website or app say so. and why are the average delivery times not posted before we decide to order. if yall cant keep delivery times down because of less drivers, the do carry out only. step it up or shut it down.
This was the worst experience and worst customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered curb side pick up. That never happened. Waited over one hour and 45 minutes for my pizza. Got their and waited another 48 minutes. I am sick and paid a tip to bring out to vehicle. This never happened. I finally went inside. They handed me the pizza. I looked and it was wrong. Only cheese. The manager got mad at me and then stated you all need to select pepperoni . I informed her that the only option that came up was sauce and crust. She again referred to me as you all.very disrespectful .she then stated i can refund your money or you can wait 2 more hours for another one. So the choice was obvious. I went to pizza hut and they took care of me in 20 minutes.
Buy your pizza elsewhere and save yourself some frustration, time and money. We have ordered from Papa John's for quite some time now. In the last few months they have gotten terrible at doing their job. Take a look at the attached pictures and read the label on the side of the box. You can see that all of the ingredients were placed on the entire pizza and NOT like it was ordered or even labeled. We called to let them know and the response that was given when we asked for the manager was "I am the manager what can I help you with "? When we explained the problem with the pizza she replied. "I personally made that pizza and I know that I made it correctly ". We sent her a picture of it and she said sorry I'll give you all credit for your next pizza ". A week or so later we ordered again and advised the person on the other end that we have a credit for a free pizza based on the earlier issues. When the pizza arrived it was wrong again. All the toppings on all the pizza. Only one person could eat again. We called and this time a different lady answered and said that she was the manager (names were Dani and the second time Brixie) and believe it or not she said the exact same thing as the first lady "I personally made that pizza and I know that I made it correctly ". What's the chances that it was worded exactly the same way? She was very rude, I told my wife that we would just not order from anymore. She apparently heard me and just hung up on us. So we decided that we will never order from them again. They could care less about customer service. They seem to never get the order correct. Pizza Hut and Domino's are the places getting our business going forward.
Lady was nice when I pick up the pizza's but what was on the box didn't match the pizza's we call up there to explain she gets upset did let up explain the problem. And hang up. The order was right just not the pizza's. But couldn't tell that. The lady that was on the other line needs better people skills, stop lesson , then talk.
